Amazing.
I purchased Benfotiamine after watching Dr. Berg online. My husband and son, both had trembling hands, husband had tingling and numbness. 60 tablets shared and their arm is normal. Till today none of our doctors cared, thanks to Dr. Berg and Zespo.

this is probably a enhanced version of vitamin B1 thiamine, if anyone suffers from anxiety, vitamin b1 reduces its anxiety, Doctors only give antidepressents, i am taking vitamin B1 thimanine 100mg tablet ( brand of UK ) from last 1 yr , no side effects, havent took any indian brand till now, just sharing the benefits
