Perfect for my Christmas pyramid music box. A bit expensive but good quality candles.

These red candles are a little over 2” tall. I bought them for my Christmas Whirlygig. They fit the display perfectly and have burnt for one and half hours. There is no smoke or soot from the candles. I am really pleased with the quality overall thank you

These candles are just right for the pyramid carousel we have on our table for Christmas. I had hoarded a store of candles the right size when I bought the carousel, but was running out and had been searching and searching for replacements. I was contemplated buying big candles and cutting them down but that would have been a very expensive option, so was thrilled to find these on line after working out what on earth the pyramid carousel might be called and finding the candles from there. Lighting them and fiddling with the vanes to get the thing to turn in the right direction has become a ritual for my sons on Christmas Day, so I'm glad this can continue. They came very quickly through the post, and I wouldn't have minded them being slower if there could be a cheaper option. The candles are heavy and so the postage was expensive.

Got what I wanted for a fair price. Can be hard to find elewhere.

Bought these to replace used ones in wooden German pyramid....bought it years ago in Germany, and always had to buy new ones on holiday there. Great to find them available in this country. We just "screwed" them down a little for a safe secure fit. Arrived in less than a week. Brilliant.

Just right for my Carousel. Not easy to find candles that fit.

Each candle only burns for just over an hour, so need changing often. But they burn without leaving any residue, so you don't have to worry about dripping wax

The Birmingham Frankfurt markets are great fun and they sell some cool knick knacks, like the spinning nativity carousels powered by the heat from candles. Unfortunately the candles needed are a very specific size - almost made for their specific use. These are they and they work fine. no issues at all

I always loved these German pyramids, but never owned one until I happened to come upon one in a local deep discount shop that specializes in unique global products. I talked them down to a substantial reduction of the already reduced discounted price since two of the candle cups were not attached to the arms. It turned out to be a genuine Richard Glaesser pyramid carousel imported from Germany, and all it took at home was a little glue to reattach the candle cups. Then came the search for authentic candles made for a pyramid. Since there were none that came with the pyramid, I had to make some careful measurements of the diameter of the candle cup. Then I searched Amazon and found these candles. This turned out to be the perfect candle for my pyramid. My pyramid uses six candles, and I observed that with that much heat, the pyramid spins like the figures are running a race! I started to reduce the number of candles to see what the fewest number were that would generate enough heat to spin the pyramid slowly. Turns out, it only takes two candles on the lowest level to achieve a gentle spin. That means that the box of 18 large candles will last much longer. The honey color is warm and lovely and, for me, the candles burn cleanly with barely any wax left in the bottom of the candle cup. I haven't timed how long they last, but even if it is only a few hours, it is plenty long for me to enjoy the glow of the candles and the movement of the pyramid while I sit by the fireplace in my living room and knit or spin yarn. The video of my pyramid carousel was taken an hour after I had lit the candles. Since the air was warmer than when I first lit the two candles, the carousel is moving just bit faster than when it first started. For my preferences, it's worth the price to have authentic German candles designed for my pyramid carousel. It adds to the beauty and the pleasure of the experience. (However, if my daughter travels to Europe next year to visit her friend in Germany, I will give her the empty box and certainly have her look for them there.)

Arrivate puntualissime ma questa volta l'imballo Amazon non era adeguato all'articolo, infatti le candele sono arrivate fuori dalla loro scatola e libere nell'imballo. Non ne sono state perse nessuna ma tutte si sono ammaccate e quindi brutte da presentarsi. Le utilizzerò ugualmente ma … peccato!

Shipped for a long time but did arrive b4 Xmas! This was important as we celebrate the Advents and Xmas Eve especially. Thank You to the store in Germany and the many little treats that came with!! Happy New Year! The size was correct and fits well. Ausgezeichnet! Very Happy😊

Finally found the perfect candles for my Christmas carousel! These red candles fit my candle holders without needing extra wax or anything to hold them in place, they give off enough heat to move the carousel, and best of all…they burn cleanly - there is no leftover accumulation of wax. The only residue left behind is a bit of wick ash, but that doesn’t bother me. My one complaint is I wish they burned longer than they do (approximately one hour), but that time also seems about right considering the size of candle. I’m so happy I found these. The box was slightly bent upon arrival, but there was no damage to the candles inside. I’m purchasing again now for next year!
