I was really pleased by my Dreamegg HFD-W20. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, the LED light is soft and soothing, and the white noise/soundscape options are fantastic.The only real gripe I have is there's no display to show what "track" you have selected, so it's hard to find a particular one at first, until you memorize their order. There's around 30 tracks total.I'm really satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this one to anyone who wants a quality white noise machine with clock and LED light.

Easy to use, great sound machine

I love the look of this and for the money, it's a powerhouse of options. Numerous light settings, lots of sound settings although some of them are hard to distinguish as to what the sound is exactly and a few sound the same. Some of the basic sounds I love, are waves crashing, birds chirping, storm sound, and what sounds like it might be good for meditation. For those of you with a baby, it has several lullabies. while I like the variety of sounds, I do not believe the sound quality is as good as my separate sound machine, but if I had to this would definitely serve that purpose. I love the fact that the light dims completely and you can turn the light down on the clock read out. I do think this will be an excellent all-in-one travel clock so I intend on buying a second one. You absolutely will need to read the instructions to set this up, There are numerous buttons on the bottom of the clock and you will need to understand how to use them to set it up. The alarm is great but why have 30 sounds and only three choices to use as wake up alarm sounds.... I found this to be the biggest disappointment which is why I rated it four stars? I think the snooze button needs to be much larger. Overall this is a very nice clock/sound machine And I think better than most on Amazon for the price.

I absolutely love this device, I’ve had a couple of white noise machines and this is the best. I usually like it totally dark in the bedroom, but I do like the low ambient orange glow from the machine, I have a couple of favourite sounds and I have it set to continuous throughout the night and I fall asleep so quickly and so does my hubby. The sound quality is good, the alarm is easy to set and has a pleasant waking system.

I seem to listen to one of the instrumentals more than others, but i do like the variety. A couple of sounds remind me of the music that is played during acupuncture, acupressure or a massage and I relate to that well. I’m getting used to the military time of the clock. Not sure if this is switchable or not. The light choices are relaxing.

Does exactly as it says. Love that I can dim the lights and clock. I'm sleeping like a baby now.

I like every thing about this clock. I was concerned about the lighting features since I'm sensitive to even little lights during the night, the lights on this clock are dimmable so it's great. I still have to look at the chart as to what button is what, but since a chart is provided in the booklet, it's okay!

I bought this to exclusively be a noisemaker for my room. It's good enough to work for me, however all the noises have unwanted high frequencies to them that prevent me from making it as loud as I want.Having done some sound work, I think the audio was not resampled correctly when put in the unit's firmware (input antialiasing).
