Easy to use/program. Very impressed with the sound quality for such a small unit (in a good reception area). I use this while working my cars and in my garage. For the price and quality, I would recommend this radio as a great "kick-around" item to my friends. Seems very sturdy. If it had a micro-SD card for my personal music selections, I would give them as gifts without question!

This is the best little radio I have EVER had !! The reception is awesome!! I don’t even have to raise the antenna! Very easy to use and very easy to set up as far as setting up the time and setting up the stations! Absolutely a great little radio!

I like the easy to set buttons for the clock and preset radio stations. It was very easy to setup & I didn't even need to read the instruction sheet that came with the radio. The only downside is that I couldn't tune in to the classical music stations in my area (104.9 FM and 90.3 FM) -- I tried placing the radio in different locations & the antenna was extended all the way out, but I only got static.

The RunningByte DR-01 pocket radio is very nice. It has a great main speaker sound, a nice big display, and I love the quick preset buttons on top. However, it only has a 12-hour clock, so I would have preferred it to have a 24-hour clock. Also, it would have been nice to have the option to have the display always on because the display illumination turns off too quickly. But besides that, this is a very nice pocket radio. I love mine and recommend this radio. It has great reception and is a perfect radio to have at home and when you are out.

This radio is an excellent value. Live an area where even my Tivioli Audio reception is iffy. It is well made easy to operate and has all the features a good travel radio should have; feels robust, has a sleep timer and alarm that wakes to a beep or to music.. Great sound as well coming from a tiny speaker. You can't go wrong with this. Can’t understand why it does have 90 percent five star reviews.

I don’t write many product reviews, but this little radio deserves a shout out. The buttons are easy to program and the functionality well designed. It has a solid feel and finish in the hand. Solid reception for a pocket radio. Great value!

I really like this radio. The digital tuning with several presets makes finding your favorite stations easy. I tried this radio because I had a very difficult time tuning my other small radio to the station I wanted, especially with FM stations. The dial was just too sensitive. This new radio with digital tuning and presets makes it easy to find my stations. The sound is good and similar to other radios of this small size. I really don't have a use for the capability to set alarms, but it's a feature if you want it.

I had a simple AM- FM radio for years. The battery had to be re- charged every few weeks. If I forgot to charge it, I was out of luck when it stopped working. I ordered this battery- powered radio to replace it and am glad that I did. The batteries that I have placed in it are working very well. I use the radio about an hour a day and have seen no slip in the power level at all after two weeks. If you want a radio with short wave and tons of buttons, this is not for you. If you want a basic AM- FM radio with an alarm clock feature, than I would strongly recommend this to you.
