This doesn’t leave hair feeling dry or unconditioned like other reviews suggest. Make sure you confirm the seller before you purchase. The one I received was authentic Framesi, because I have used this product before. Conditioner is for maintaining and shampoo is for brightening.

Good toning, leaves hair heavy
I have platinum hair, so I was looking for a shampoo to tone my hair at home. This definitely did a good job getting rid of brassiness. However, it left my hair afterwards feeling heavy and greasy. Which is not ideal after having used a shampoo…

I love it
I love this conditioner the only downfall to it is that it is so thick that it will not come out of the pump you have to unscrew the cap and dump it in your hand because it is so thick but other than that it is really good. And also the shampoo that you can use with this is also really good I would recommend both products to anyone.
