This is honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made on Amazon. The left earbud of these Mivi earbuds stopped working right out of the box. I tried every possible fix, but nothing worked. To make it worse, Amazon is not allowing me to return the product, and Mivi’s customer support is absolutely useless — no proper guidance, no response, nothing! I basically ended up wasting my money on a defective product with no accountability from the brand or Amazon. If you’re considering buying this, please save yourself the frustration. The quality is terrible, the support is even worse, and the overall experience is a complete disaster. Highly NOT recommended.

Budget friendly and decent bluetooth ear pods. Sound quality is decent compared to price. Good after sales support . One of my pods stopped working after 3 months. Contacted service and the pods were picked up by courier and replaced within 5 days and delivered at doorstep.

Its a decent product .price seems reasonable. Sound quality and look and feel is really good but needs number of improvements: 1. Observed that one of the ear plug stops working after few months. Seen the issue in 2 different models. 2. Device remains connected even after both earbuds are kept back in the cover.. this drains out battery . 3. Charging sometimes don't work with all cables.
