Cute Karomi Gift Idea
While they don't eat ramen in it (they opt for soup dumplings) my kids fight over this super cute bowl. The quality is good, it's only been sink washed, but seems really durable. We don't use a microwave so can't speak to that, but we love the color and the look. It was the perfect gift for people into Karomi.

Love it!
It’s a very narrow bowl. So it is not easy to tip over for kids. The chop sticks are very slippery. Most kids don’t use chopsticks anyway. But the spoon is larger than I expected it to be. It’s perfect and long. Not like the normal short ones that you get at the Asian market. The spoon is ceramic like the bowl so it feels so nice and fancy when you eat. My daughter loves this bowl so much.

Its bigger than the picture so I dont think it will be great for a -9 kid, but nothing crazy because my niece loved it(she's 11), it feels pretty strong and regular weight.
