Bicystar will replace the frame at no charge if it fails at any weld point, provided the bicycle has been used normally and inspected by our team. The bicycle fork will also be replaced if it fails at any weld point. Prior authorization from Bicystar Customer Service is required before returning any product or parts. All other components are warranted against defects for six months from the date of purchase when properly assembled and used normally. |
