I received the product in one piece and everything worked. Mine came with a little under 3/4 of a full charge. I used that charge up first and have so far charged it 3 times. I have had no issues using it to run my laptop as well as charging my phone and other devices. The wall plug is the only one I have used to charge the device. It also comes with a car charger. This device is lightweight and small enough that it can be carried in a tote bag or regular size reusable grocery bag. I have not had to use the 12v ports so I do not know how well they function on my device. It is functioning great, and I have had no problems so far but I have only had it for a little over a week.

Bought it six months ago. Don't use it as much, but brought it on plane for my cpap. Worked well as long as turn off humidifier. Lasted me 12 hours on plane.

So far so good. Hold its charge. Quiet and compact but big power! Great for upcoming hurricane season.

Works great!! Got for our boat and was perfect! I accidentally left it on overnight and it was still on in the morning!!

A good little station for short-term use.

So, I needed something that I can plug an outlet especially for my laptop or judt regular fast charging wire. It's super light! I didnt think it would be lightweight. Just note that the capacity is less than 50,000 mAh. But it can charge a ton still and fast! Wish it had more capacity, but to be honest I bought a separate one with more capacity but it was heavy even though they're the same size. I believe this also works with solar panels.

Doesn't hold a charge. Had to stay in a not so comfortable situation and it wouldn't even change my phone and power my fan over 3 hours a night before dying every night... Waste of time and money

Daughter is living in a tent all summer and she said she can’t believe how helpful this charger is. She has charged her phone multiple nights on it and it still has almost a full battery. This product was well worth it.
