SUV Camping Tent 6 Person Tent

This SUV tent was an awesome purchase and worked perfectly for our camping trip. It attached easily and securely to the back of my Chevy Traverse and lined up great with the tailgate. The tent is roomy and gave us plenty of space for extra gear storage and a private changing area, which was a huge bonus and made the whole setup feel so much more comfortable. It really helped keep the car organized and gave us extra living space without feeling cramped. It was easy to set up, easy to attach to the vehicle, and the quality feels really solid. The material and zippers feel durable and it held up great. Overall, I am super happy with this tent and would definitely recommend it if you want extra space and a clean setup for car camping.

I bought this tent for an upcoming camping trip with my son. It'll be wonderful to have so much space for our gear and my son's sleeping area (I sleep on a cot in my tailgate). It's lightweight, packs up small, easy to put up, and it's tall enough for my 6'2" son to stand comfortably. It also seems very well made, especially since the price point was so good. We did a test run in my yard (photo included) on my Bronco Sport. We didn't test the rain fly because it's so dry where we live, but I can say that it did great in the strong winds up here. We left it up overnight to see how it handled. It didn't budge! It would have been great to have clear instructions, but we figured it out intuitively. It was simple and quick to put up and attach to the truck. We put it up together but I was able to take it down by myself (I'm 4'11", so that should illustrate how easy/light it is). It packs up nicely in its bag for easy packing and storage. Note about photo: my tailgate was closed, so the connector looks saggy. It was nice and taut while the truck was open. We love that we'll be able to detach the truck from the tent to go exploring and the tent closes up like a regular one. 10/10 recommend

I recently purchased the UNP SUV Tent (6-Person, Dark Blue), and I’m genuinely impressed with its design, functionality, and overall quality. While the instructions recommend two adults for setup — which I agree is ideal — I was able to erect the entire tent by myself without much trouble. That’s a big win in my book. Once assembled, the tent stands freely without needing to stake down the corners, which makes positioning and adjustment very easy. That said, if there’s any wind, staking is a must to prevent tipping. The structure is solid, but it's still a tent. Inside, the space is generous. It could definitely sleep six adults in individual sleeping bags comfortably, but for two or even four campers, it feels downright luxurious. I’m 6 feet tall and can stand up inside without any issue. There's a convenient hook at the top for hanging a lantern, and the side pockets are a thoughtful touch — one set forward and one set toward the rear on either side. Each pouch is split into two compartments, giving you four little storage cubbies for phones, flashlights, or other small gear. Attaching the tent to the rear of the SUV was straightforward. The boot opening is wide and adaptable, easily fitting different SUV sizes. Ventilation is excellent thanks to the mesh ceiling and side windows, and the included rainfly fits snugly and offers solid coverage without sagging or flapping. All in all, this tent is a solid investment for dry camping trips. It’s roomy, practical, and designed with smart features. The fact that I could set it up solo adds even more value. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable SUV-compatible tent.

Have not had it at a campsite yet, but the setup in the backyard was easy and I'm going to love this unit. Just as represented.

Excellent quality, stayed dry inside with the rain. The car fly worked well to keep rain out of car when it rained as well. Didnt have to close hatch as i thought we might. Used several times and thrilled. Lots of space inside, and can roll up the car attachment if need to to keep tent closed if you need to take your car off site. Colors are great. Zippers work well, buckles for car attachment work great also. We took to florida in summer and ran our ac inside at night and it held the cool air in well so we could sleep.

I love this tent. It was my first car tent and my first outdoor adventure, and it was very easy to set up, use, and pack away. Once home, it was easy to dry out after condensation, and the size was just right. There were only two minor issues: a small puncture on the bottom from walking on it, likely caused by something underneath, and a slight rip in a strap when inserting a pole. Both seem manageable, and I expect it will still hold up. I love the windows, door access, and how well it fit around my Hyundai Santa Fe. The interior details were great too plenty of spots to hang lights and a handy overhead pocket for small items.

I drive a Nissan ariya AWD connects nicely to my car very spacious. My dog dosent like it if I leave him in there alone but it’s held up to him full speed running into the side to try and bust his way out. A lot easier to set up then I had thought I didn’t by myself in about 10mins instruction where easy and clear. Poles are very durable. Very big and comfortable no issues with zipper. The only slight problem was the bungie ropes to secure to tires. My style was of car dosent work them. The bungie for the back hatch no problems and fits nicely no rain inside my car as of yet and I live in Washington.

Was auch noch wichtig für mich war, dass schnelle einfache Auf und Abbau war meine erste Kaufentscheidung. Das es gleich so windig wurde hat sich dann als Härtetest bewährt. Hinzufügen möchte ich noch eine tolle Eigenschaft. Man kann das Zelt auch alleine stehen lassen und mit dem Pkw die Umgebung erkunden. Das habe ich erst in der Benutzung festgestellt :) vielleicht hilft diese Erkenntnis dem einen oder anderen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.. Im Angebot für 169 € Anfang April..Top

La tienda se monta facilmente y rápido y protege bastante del frio. Yo la he usado por primera vez para estar en el monte pero se puso a nevar y acabó entrando agua en la tienda, no se ni cómo ni por donde pero al volver despues de una excursión, el suelo estaba todo mojado

Just the right size both in squarefootage space and more importantly in height (you can stand up!). It was easy to setup and takedown. The sleeve that connects to the tale gate was just big enough it didn't interfear with the power hatchback however required a little bit of help when closing to keep it from getting pinched (not that big of a deal). Plenty of ventilation from all sides plus the roof so unless your using the rain cover there is no need to run a fan.

Vi har använt det vid ett par tillfällen nu. En gång i kraftig vind. Det är tåligt och stabilt byggt. De flexibla tältpinnarna gör att de inte knäcks. Tar inte mer än 5 minuter att sätta upp. Hyfsat stort. Perfekt för två personer att röra sig i, sitta och äta, laga mat (om det regnar) osv. För att sova kan man bekvämt få plats med 4 vuxna. Dockningen till bilen funkar också bra (vi har Tesla Y). Många olika möjligheter för att fästa dockningsdelen till bilen. Tänk dock på att om det regnar och du har bakluckan öppen så kommer vatten in där uppe i glipan mellan luckan och biltaket. Vi löste dock det med ett litet bilöverdrag (600 SEK) som vi sätter på från framrutan (främre delen av takboxen) och bak runt den öppna bakluckan. Enkelt sätt att komma runt problemet. Allt som allt ett perfekt tält för oss och för våra behov. Ger alternativ att sova i bilen eller i tältet. Ger utrymme att sitt på kvällar, vid dåligt väder osv. Vi är mycket nöjda än så länge.
