The taste is awful but anything that’s good for you. Never taste good it taste better when it’s refrigerated so once you open it refrigerated, it’ll taste better but it helps in every way possible. It helps. Clear clarity helps with drowsiness clear skin product is awesome. I would recommend this product to everybody vitamin B complex.
