Works great, easy to use, time will tell its durability, size was good. Would purchase again.

Terrific ice packs.
I love these ice packs. The furlike material on one side makes it comfortable directly on your skin!

Works but could be better.
Great for neck and shoulders. Stay colder longer then my migrane head wraps. Tip: I wear a neck pillow over it to hold it in place. I wish it had a button or velcro on it but a neck pillow works perfectly.

Even when frozen the ice packs are still pliable.
The velvety side of this ice pack protects the skin. This is a perfect size and shape for the neck and shoulders. I bought 2 so they are always ready for sore muscles.

Got these after cervical spine surgery (acdf) and they are nice bc u can wear them and walk around.

Good but...
We use these daily. With daily use it they can developed a leak on the edges. We will love them and still use them daily but have had to use sealant tape.
