Why are these "premium" prenatal gummies?

Our Premium Prenatal Gummies are formulated with 12 OBGYN-recommended nutrients + vitamins for pregnancy, including vegan omega-3 DHA, Folate, Vitamin D, Vitamins B6 + B12 (great for morning sickness support and energy!), and Pantothenic Acid.

Is the 2g of sugar per serving okay to take during pregnancy?

The 2g of natural cane sugar is well within the limits and helps with absorption. It's significantly less sugar than a prenatal gummy from most competitors, and far easier to tolerate than sugar-free alternatives with artificial sweeteners.*

Can I take these with my doctor's prescription prenatal?

Always consult your healthcare provider before combining supplements. Most moms use our gummies as their sole prenatal, but your doctor can advise based on your specific nutritional needs and any existing prescriptions.*

Can I continue taking your prenatal products after childbirth?

We offer a line of breastfeeding-friendly postnatals to support your needs as you welcome your baby - including our Total Postnatal Vitamins with vegan DHA, Postpartum Mood Support, Postpartum Probiotics, and Postpartum Sitz Bath.

Does this have folate or folic acid?

Our Premium Prenatal Gummies are formulated with Methyl Folate - the natural and bioavailable form of Folic Acid (Vitamin B9). Folate is one of the most essential vitamins to support you before and throughout all trimesters of pregnancy.*
