I was looking forward to getting this watch. It just looks good. And frankly in this age of cell phones it really doesn't matter if its accurate. I think it is though. Likely some may have to google to find out how to find a Rosetta stone. This watch is perfect for a more than casual date or meeting. The small box it came in was wrapped in a light grey plastic sheet. Folded and taped just like a present wrapping. All you'll going to need is a bow and you're good to go for Christmas. That simple. I took out the instructions. The manual is for two different watches. No problems there. Neither of the watches are "this" watch. Big Problem there. I went to their website. It looks really good... but again no instructions. I went down to shoot customer service an email for help (that I shouldn't need) and it became obvious that they're a smaller company. They wanted me to call and leave a message? Or send them an email from my own email address (not going to happen). I personally know that setting up a bunch of email address to a website is easy/cheap/forward. I acutely preferer to deal with small companies. I have one. I dug out the instructions again, for the watches that aren't mine. To their credit they did explain to me that a 'self winding watch is one that winds itself'. I was able to use the instructions from one of those to set my watch. It's easy once you know how. Then I sat down to review it. It's working now though? I guess just setting the watch made the "self winding" kick in. Now I'm really happy because it looks good. I did ding them for the lack of instructions and readily available help. If you get this watch pull the winder all the way out (position 3). Set the time and you should be ok.

It’s a great looking watch. I’m into square faced watches. They have a forward looking design that I enjoy. This one looks good, is comfortable, and keeps good time. The band is very wide, but you get used to it after about an hour. The chrome hands and case pull the watch design together for an elegant look. I’m very pleased with it!

This watch has a very sophisticated look. It’s simple design but very expensive look. Perfect for my to add to my dinner dress or special occasions. Square face is what got my attention. It’s not usually therefore it’s really stand out piece for me. It doesn’t break your bank but add more value to your personality.
