Review: Very good for paper airplanes and some origami, 24 lb (89gsm) Solar Yellow paper - I purchased this Solar Yellow paper to refill my stock collection of every known color of Astrobrights/ Neenah/ Wausau paper on Earth. My Solar Yellow had run out so I took a chance and ordered a “used” one that was already opened for a discount, and I was not disappointed. The paper is 24 pound (lb) or about 89 grams per square meter (gsm), and is the perfect paper specification to use to fold paper airplanes. I also use it on occasion to teach origami in my elementary school Origami class for certain models that benefit from the use of thicker paper. I can attest that the colors of all Astrobrights level paper are vibrant and safe for the environment. They do not bleed when wet, but they will break apart and biodegrade over time if left outside in the rain, as evidenced by my students’ paper airplanes when they are lost or left outdoors over the weekend.
