Loved by my tapas loving brother-in-law!
I bought this as a gift for my brother-in-law who has been making tortillas (to a very high standard) for a few years... but his 'flipping method' could produce a messy side effect. EGG ON THE COOKER! EEK! He loves it: it took a few practice runs, I am told, before he realised that slow cooking on a low heat was the key, until almost set, and then the flipping is perfect. I am actually going to buy one for myself - I was okay with my smaller frying pan, a plate and leaking eggs, before, but he's converted me! We are a BIG family - hope we boost your sales, it's great buy! :-)

Great Value, Good Quality and Perfect for the Job.
Ordered Thursday arrived Friday, perfect condition, cleaned it just to make sure and decided to have a Cheesy Rostii with Two Eggs that night.Having had two accidents recently when turning the Rostii over with hot pan and plate, this double pan is just Fantastic. Advertised as tortilla pan and that's probably what it's best at. I bought it because I was useless at flipping omelettes. However after some practice, I have perfected the art with this pan

Don't look any further
This is the one, without a doubt! I have bought so many of these over the years and have never ran into this quality before.... This baby will last a lifetime! It's a nice broad enough size for your traditional "tortilla" and the Teflon/Non-stick quality is considerably better than anything else here on Amazon. Couldn't recommend it more, I buying it for all my friends that love to cook and love their omelettes and Spanish Tortillas...

good sturdy pans
I already have a set of 20inch which we use a lot when camping so this one is for home use and saves us keep bringing the 20 inch out of the caravan.It is also induction which is what we use most.

Very good quality but extremely heavy. Find that flipping the pans is definitely a two handed job.
