How can I know if the bluetooth earbuds have fully charged?

It takes about 1.5 hours for charging our wireless earphones. When it is fully charged, the light on the charging case will keep on with white light.

Do they pair with galaxy S8

Cannot answer for the S8 specifically but it does pair to the S6 Lite. I have no reason to think they wouldn't pair to the S8. Can't beat them for the price.
