I recently switched to flatback earrings but with my acrylics, I can't really change them out easily. I wanted to avoid paying a tattoo parlor every time I change them out. I found these and they help a TON. Now I'm able to change them out at home. I do have to get my daughter to help me get the front in but at least I can get the back in easily! If you are using threadless flatback earrings, these are a MUST purchase! 10/10 recommend!

I don’t use these earrings, I prefer internal threads and gold color, but I use the little bar every time I change my helix piercing. It makes it so much easier to guide the stud into the hole and keep everything lined up properly. I wouldn’t want to try changing a cartilage piercing without this!

If you are new to the flat back earring routine, this little thing helps you get the flat back part of the post in the ear since this is done from the back. You can do this with another earring post but this is a little easier to manipulate. I don’t think it is a have to have tool after you get used to the process’s of putting earring in from the back but I have heard others say they do much better with this tool. It just helps guide the post in from the back.

Great threaders. Bought new earrings where the back of the earring goes in first from the back, I was having a hard time getting the earring in so used these threaders.. got earring on in seconds. The threaders were also helpful because my holes are difficult sometimes and this made it so much easier. Value is excellent. Threaders are strong. And there are different size threaders which id helpful.

Worked to install flatbacks. I only needed the 20g for lobe piercings but have future need for the 18g for my daughter’s helix. Tip. I had to have my husband do this with his reading glasses and plenty of light! I had standard posts in so he was able to follow the other post through by going slowly. (With out any posts in at all it was very difficult to even see the hole in the back of my ear.) Also some neosporin or similar to glide it through helped. The flat back pin is tiny so wear your reading glasses. Standard lobes are 20g but some people do 18g in flatbacks. 18g is thicker than 20g! There is a bonus flatback that came w mine. I did not need that, so no review on quality of the extra earring.

Help get flat backs in ear easier

Great item! It works great, makes switching out some of the harder to get to piercings in my ear so much easier! What used to take me 10+ minutes took me under a minute to change out my earring.
