Papers stuck in spiral

Unfortunately, the papers were hard to turn because they get stuck together in the spiral binder, causing pages to rip out when trying to flip pages. Front cover does not have 3-ring hole punch, but papers and back cover do.

Fine solid cover to the notebook, but turning the pages is extremely difficult. By the spiral, the pages are stuck together, making turning a page very messy
