I decided to give Nugenix T Boost a try after hearing a lot about testosterone support supplements, and overall I’ve had a positive experience. After about 2–3 weeks of consistent use, I noticed a gradual boost in my daily energy levels and focus, especially in the afternoons when I usually hit a slump. My workouts also feel a little more effective—I’m recovering faster and pushing harder during strength training. I can’t say it’s a “miracle pill,” but it does seem to provide an edge when it comes to stamina and drive. The capsules are easy to take, and I didn’t notice any unpleasant side effects, which was one of my concerns before starting. The only downside for me is the price. A 30-count bottle doesn’t last long if you’re taking the recommended serving, so it can add up quickly if you plan to stay on it long-term. I purchased this product several times, and I noticed a difference in the way I'd feel when I take it. Sometimes a flush or a bit edgy prior to a workout or during the day. I did not notice any difference in sexual performance. I have taken 2 or 3 of these "nugenix" products (ultra, etc) and they all were like that. Here's why I think no one should ever take this product- it damages your liver. And it does not boost testosterone levels. How do I know that? I have a good primary care doctor who does a metabolic panel (whole lotta blood samples =\) every few months. Well, the first time he did the metabolic panel, it was when I had been taking "nugenix" for a couple months. He noticed that my free testosterone (and one other kind of testosterone, it's a pretty complex thing) was "very low". That puzzled me because I knew I had been taking this stuff for awhile. He also said that my liver enzymes were "considerably high". That of course made me a bit nervous. So I stopped taking them immediately and then a bit over 2 months later, i had another metabolic panel done and my liver enzymes greatly improved. This is a textbook case of why herbal supplements are not always safe! And not approved by the FDA. It's very expensive and it relies on a next-to placebo effect to make a large profit because men will pay $$$ for this problem. Never again.
