My sister n law gets lost everywhere, I swear she would get lost in a box. It does not matter how many times she goes somewhere she will not remember. And where she lives she gets scrappy cell service and can't use her phone. So for her birthday this year she got a GPS!! She absolutely loves it especially the view of the map it shows her the road and how it looks with highway signs and all. Most GPS that I have had and the one i currently own only have the standard view or like a Google earth view not the actual road. Plus her speedometer does not work and this tells her the EXACT speed she's going. I was not expecting this to be so awesome especially for 64 dollars was expecting just a cheapy gps. It has so many cool functions and the lifetime map updates are awesome. Would most definitely was worth every penny! Thanks for making a superior product that's affordable and gives a girl direction in life LITERALLY LOL!**** UpdateThey used it to drive to Texas and I am happy to report that there was not any hiccups with the signal. Coolest feature ever apparently it will alert u of speed traps and cameras that are ahead.

Arrived as usual from Amazon in 2 days. Excited to to try it out. Replacing a Garmin with only US maps and 5 years old. So the unit is huge, almost but not quite too big. Easy to see size wise. Relatively easy to use and has many features. Here's the problem. Sunlight washes out the screen making it hard to see. Tried every adjustment I could find in tools and no matter what I changed( brightness, contrast, colors) nothing changed on screen. Maybe my unit was defective, I don't know but cheap construction, screen was plastic but touch aspect was easy to use. I guess from write ups I was expecting something spectacular and boy was I disappointed. Returned unit and bought another Garmin.

This is an excellent GPS! The large screen alone make the purchase worth while. The low cost of the unit would seem to suggest this is of low quality. That is definitely not the case. The graphics are clear, and the maps show exactly where you are to travel, turn, etc. With proper bright/dark adjustment the screen is well visible in any conditions. The unit has many functions, some not of interest to all users. Set up did take a little time for a person with absolutely no computer experience. However, once set up, everything worked as expected. We have been so satisfied with this unit we will purchase a second one for the family. We highly recommend this GPS.

This GPS is great! I love the big screen and the touch part of the screen is very sensitive. I know one person complained about the touchscreen, but mine works great! With all of the built-in features, I don't know what else you could ask for. I love it! The big screen makes all of the difference for me. Easy to see and operate. I can highly recommend this GPS.

Terrible. I bought a dud. The device, the packaging and the instructions do not say which company makes this product so I can't refer to a web site to find out how to operate it. The instruction manual provided is in pidgin English and is virtually unintelligible. I bought this Car GPS for travel in USA but the maps for USA which are supposed to be pre-loaded are not there. Updates to the maps are apparently available from a company called tddgps but I need a TF card which is not provided and is not a familiar term to me and the tddgps web site does not seem to offer updates anyway. The voice giving directions also has difficulty pronouncing simple words......I think you get the message...…..don't buy this.

When I plug the GPS into my car, it wont show the map or my car driving on the path. It will just talk. A lot of times it will lose the satellite and then Im on my own. It just doesnt work right. It hasnt from the very begining. I thought over time it would start working right but it hasnt. I thought an updated map would help but the free lifetime map updates doesnt work. The maps wont update. After waiting for hrs waiting for the maps to download, it will say, file doesnt exist. It has been a waste of my time trying to update them and by trying to get this GPS to work properly.

Unfortunately, the return window has closed. I'm glad this was only $68 so throwing it away won't feel so bad.The sound does not work so you have to look at the unit the entire time you are traveling in you car which is dangerous.I tried plugging it to the car stereo via the headphone jack and only go static.Definitely defective. Not as easy to use as I had hoped for. Used it during a resent road trip to San Carlos, Mexico, but it could not show me the way. It does not have a home base feature that I can find and it could not accurately guide me back home, until I arrived at the USA border, and then it suggested a round about route instead of the most direct one.
