I have a drooped shoulder from nerve damage and a 2 time torn rotator cuff. I got my brace yesterday and put it on right after my shower. It gave immediate relief. I found it a bit uncomfortable to wear, but I just had to play with the strap adjustments. Later, after several hours and just before bed it was not uncomfortable, but bothersome. Took it off and slept great. Day 2, I wasn't sure if I would put it on and minutes later, I did. Immediate relief and it's still on, hours later and comfortable. For me it takes the weight of my arm and muscle strain away and I also do physical therapy. I hope this helps you, it did me. Edit: Still day 2 I wanted to test it. This is SW FL. It is in the lower 90's, 60%+ humidity, full sun, little breeze. I am doing yard work, weed whacking, push mower and leaf blower, a 3 hour task and I am not sweating, I am dripping. Yes, I adjust it once in awhile, but mostly, I forget that it is there and I am not fatigued as I used to be without the brace and my lower back pain is not an issue. BTW, halfway thru mowing the lawn, I ordered a second one. I am not saying you will experience my results, but I can say this is a game changer for me. This part of the review is on the second one that I ordered the day I received my first one. Actually halfway thru the day, mowing the lawn, if that tells you anything. For me, in my particular condition, this is an excellent product. Honestly, it can be uncomfortable at times, but I work outside and sweat in the dirt and grime and my tool belt is not comfortable, either, but my shoulder is feeling much better. Definitely worth it.

I believe I have tendonitis in my bicep in my shoulder. I've had it for about a week and the pain has been miserable. I've been wearing this at my plumbing job for about a week. This thing has been amazing! The pain is barely noticeable, and I'm able to perform my duties without fuss. The materials are of good quality and the sizing and fit seem to be just right. I'm 5'9", 160lbs with a slight athletic build. Size medium did the trick. Writing this review to help anyone with their decision to buy this sling. It may not work for you, but it has been a Godsend for me.

This is a good brace for the price. I have a shoulder injury and this allows me to comfortably use and rest my arm. The only thing that I would improve is the two hook and loop straps that you need to finagle around your arm when putting on the brace. Some other braces I've tried have a stretchy sleeve that you just put your arm through (snug, doesn't shift or irritate your skin). Other than that, this brace serves it's purpose.

If you are a woman, this might not be for you. I tried the strap above, below, and over my breast (34C) and it was not comfortable anywhere. Otherwise, it felt good on my shoulder and I liked the material, except for the odor.

I have a shoulder/collarbone injury I’m trying to recover from. That’s why I bought this. The fit is not universal — it fits like an empty camping tent hovering above the part of my shoulder/collarbone that needs the pressure therapy from a proper fit. I might as well be wearing a puffy shirt from the 1500’s. The strap is uncomfortable — it has terrible Velcro straps that are thin and it cuts across my neck and into my armpit. It is not easy to put on and it’s also not easy to get the right fit so it doesn’t cut off the circulation to the arm. Avoid this generic product that was made with zero effort into the ergonomics and overall design

I tried multiple different braces from different brands, including another style by this same company for a tendinitis/rotator cuff issue. This is the only one that made me sigh that a joyful sigh of relief from experiencing just the right amount of compression. I only received it today so haven’t worn it long term yet. So the differences between this brace verses the other model from this brand is: 1) the material is different, this style has more of a silky neoprene, where’s the other is a rougher fabric. 2) this is just one piece vs the other has an added compression “triangle” for more compression or it could hold a small ice pack on the shoulder 3) this style comes in two sizes vs the other is one size only. But when I lined the two styles up, the medium in this brace is the same size as the “one size fits all” in the other style by this brand. 4) if you’re sensitive to hard plastic against your body, then either of these models could work for you! I searched high and low for a brace without a hard plastic “belt clip” that the fabric feeds through in the front and the back. This brand was the only one I could find without that troublesome feature! Hopefully it’s durable over time. As of now I’m very happy I found once that works for me! And I have many braces for different joints and areas on my body.

This is the third shoulder brace that I buy and definitely the most comfortable. The straps don’t twist/tangle or scratch against the skin. It adjusts well to the arm and shoulder and it’s not bulgy, so you can wear it under a shirt.
