This is a nice choice for a bedtime regime, I add a half packet to my regular hot chocolate, and it works well to relax me. I don't notice any fat burning but I enjoy it anyway

Homestamente no me hiso efecto.lo tome por 2 meses y no vi ningun cambio. Pero todos los organismos son diferentes .a mi no me funciono , puede que a ti si. El sabor esta bien, no sabe mal.

Hello there.🌻 I just received this coffee and I did as the instructions stated.👍🏼 One package with 8oz of hot water. Well, it tastes good but, was a lil watery for me. On my first try of course. I suppose, I am used to the taste of coffee to be a tad stronger.🤭 But, for the price, I shall drink it faithfully for the whole month and come back with an update.🤓 The 3 stars are for the watery taste. I mean, I see others talking about the deliciousness of it… 🫤 I wonder if they are using 2 packages instead.🤷🏻‍♀️
