The product was brand new and it works very wellMy old one broke but that was almost 17 years old. So hopefully this last 17 more.

Bad purchase, not even close to the quality represented. The hose is very stiff and doesn’t rotate easily. The biggest disappointment is that the switch for the power head doesn’t work. I discovered this three days past my return window and suspect I am S.O.O.L.

There is an intermitent short, but a little jiggle will cause it to turn back on. It is a knock off, but better than throwing away my Electrolux!

This item worked upon delivery as advertised. It fit all my Electolux vacuum attachments, and the power switch powered both the large and small carpet cleaners. All this at approximately half the cost of the same hose from my local vacuum store.

I specifically checked to see if this was compatible and the website said it was.It did not work. I called the local Electrolux dealer and ordered one from them at a higher cost.However, you get what you pay for. The dealer said he gets these kind of calls all the time, people calling to say they ordered a cheap knockoff!!!! It is not a bargain if it does not work! Beware!

Ordered 2 hoses. Both were defective. Electrical connection to power head was intermittent on both. Returned both for refund. Bought a used OEM one, worked perfectly.

This hose saved me a pile of money! If I hadn't been able to purchase this hose, I would have had to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. Instead, I was able to give my 32-year-old Electrolux vacuum cleaner a new lease on life. So thankful for this new hose!

I liked this vac hose, but it doesn't always works on other attachments.
