Sport hydrated
Good taste even with zero sugar. After a while started cause some health issues. Burning sensation in the throat it started to swell up from drinking it. That new sweetener that they using in this drink. I had a reaction from drinking it. Made me sad I can drink that stuff no more. Companies need go back to regular sugar to sweeten their products

BEST SPORTS DRINK
BEST sports drink out there! No refined sugar! Full of vitamins and minerals aiding a fast and healthy recovery, also caffeine free! Great electrolyte boot for the beginning, middle, or end of a workout/ Ice session! My daughter loves it!

Love Recover 180!
Very tasty beverage but it also works really well. I’m new to running and have been doing 2-3 distance runs a week on the treadmill. I recently tried drinking Recover during my run and found that I was able to keep my resting speed at 6.0 for the entire run which is much higher than my usual resting speed of 5.0. Maybe it’s a placebo effect but I’m loving this and will be buying more!

Great product, poorly stored or expired this time.
Normally my favorite non mountain dew beverage in the world but this last package was expired or maybe date in the sun for a long time, I brought it in the house within 20 minutes of delivery. I could not find an expiration date but inl tried 3 bottles and all were NON-POTABLE , AKA GROSS. Recover is an amazing beverage I just got unlucky I think but worried about ordering again for a while in case the whole big batch is the same.
