The first time I used it to back up my contacts from my iphone it erased over 80% of them from my phone.

Stopped working after two days.
How convenient, right after I backed up ALLL and I mean ALLLLLLLL of my pictures and videos from my phone the damn thing stopped working. My computer says its unreadable and when I plug it back into my phone nothing happens anymore. This product would have been great if it worked.

Doesn’t save music, but otherwise nice.
Very nice, but I had specifically gotten this to put my iTunes on. It doesn’t take them.Nice for other storage though.

Does what it's supposed to...
It took a bit of wiggling to make it fit my Samsung Galaxy, but it worked... no app needed to transfer media.
