Feather Hotel Down Wife Pillow. I needed something that would give me best support and comfort, and most of all help me get a full night of sleep. Getting old gets to be a bit rough,and sometimes you need to adapt and make some changes. In this case it was my pillow. My problem is I’m a left side sleeper and for me there is no other way to sleep. I have two knee pillows and before my Wife Pillow , I thought I had the best of pillows. I purchased from a latex pillow company. Antibacterial foam and bamboo pillow cover, and it worked and was great, until my left arm starting experiencing numbness and pain, and it would wake me up because my shoulder to my arm to my hand was completely asleep and numb and great pain. I went to the Dr , and he looked at me and said try a different position. I just couldn’t change my sleep position,to make a long story short I needed something that would take the weight and pressure off of my shoulder. I’m assuming that it was cutting off blood circulation. With that being said, I started looking for anything that would help me. I went on YouTube, studying new sleep positions and did everything I could . My last hope was when I found the Wife Pillow. After careful reviews and reading this seem to be my only hope. I ordered it , let it fluff out, and to be honest when nothing else worked , I thought this would be a long stretch . And to my amazement I got a full night sleep and no more numbness or severe pain on my shoulder to hand. The channel’s that are built into the pillow work. You just need to find your best position and locate your arm into one of the pillow channels. I’m in love with my pillow, and I think the hotel down was a great option. It’s extremely comfortable. And I’m sure you all know you can still adjust the height and softness or firmness of the pillow. Find your sweet spot and have a great bed time rest. Good luck.

As a 6-foot-tall guy who primarily sleeps on my side (with some stomach sleeping), I’ve been using the Wife Pillow consistently for several months, really wanting it to work after seeing claims about its arm tunnels, shoulder relief, and adjustable design. I hoped the ergonomic shape with arm holes would finally stop my arms from going numb and ease my shoulder pain. For the first few nights, it actually felt great—I woke up without the usual shoulder aches, and my arms stayed comfortable without numbness. The arm tunnels seemed to help keep things aligned at first, and it was a noticeable improvement over my old pillow. Unfortunately, that didn’t last. The fill (charcoal shredded foam) started shifting heavily toward the edges after a short time, leaving the center flat and unsupported. This made the pillow lose its shape quickly, and the contoured support around the head, neck, and shoulders became uneven and lumpy—basically useless for maintaining proper alignment during the night. To try fixing it, I’d unzip the cover and redistribute the stuffing back to the center and chambers, but the zippers are really hard to work with. The pillow feels oversized overall (even if the listed dimensions are standard), and the fabric/chambers make zipping and unzipping a real struggle—it takes a lot of effort, sometimes feeling like the zipper teeth catch or the material resists. After just one or two nights, the fill would migrate right back to the edges anyway. As a taller side and stomach sleeper, the bulk of the pillow made it cumbersome on the bed, and the constant shifting plus the hassle of readjusting disrupted my sleep even more. Now I’m waking up multiple times a night with dead, numb arms again, and mornings bring back that extreme shoulder pain I was trying to escape. While the initial relief was encouraging, the arm tunnel concept is clever, and features like cooling are nice in theory, the pillow hasn’t held up for my sleep style. The need for nightly maintenance and the zipper difficulties make it more frustrating than helpful. It might suit people who don’t move much or have different body proportions, but for taller side/stomach sleepers needing consistent, low-maintenance support, this one fell short of expectations despite the promising design. If you’re similar in height and sleep position, you might want to look at other adjustable or contoured options that hold their shape better.

Got this for my husband. Great pillow, helped with his shoulder pain at night. Pricey but worth the purchase. Wish it came with an extra cover when one is in the laundry.

This pillow was ok but if you were not laying on your side it really sank in the middle. I ended up returning it.

I could cry bc of how much this has helped me. I’ve been searching high and low for a solution to a problem I’ve had for a few years. My rhomboid muscles under my shoulder blades would get incredibly inflamed after a night of sleeping on my side and would get so bad that I couldn’t lift my arms without pain. I had a doctor, chiropractor, and massage therapist look at it and tell me to stop sleeping on my side. Well, tbh I can’t really control that while I’m sleeping. This pillow eliminated my pain within 3 nights of use. I can get my full 8-9 hours and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. It didn’t have any smell, is nice and light (and SO fluffy and puffy! I despise hard pillows so I appreciate the option of more/less fluff), and it even keeps me cool at night (I’m a hot sleeper). I look forward to going to bed now bc of this pillow. I’m traveling on a 24 hr flight to Malaysia in 6 months and I will be taking it with me!! Edited to add: This pillow was only $89 when I bought it so wait for a sale if you can!

Good idea but not worth the money at all. I had the pillow for about 5 days and already the middle of the pillow is flat, zero support. It’s like all the material is on the sides. When you’re laying on your side, your head is still crushing your arm/shoulder because there’s minimal material in the center. Good idea just terrible design and quality
