I'm obsessed with my new couch!! Things I love about it include (1) Size: It seats several people comfortably; (2) Comfort: It's perfectly firm for good back support); (3) Flexibility: I can keep the ottoman to the side or pull it alongside the couch so 2 people can recline; (4) Color: I looked everywhere for this - a true teal; (5) Softness: The material feels great to the touch; (6) Price: It's an incredible deal for the quality; (7) Velcro Underneath Cushions: This is such a smart addition to ensure they don't slip; (7) Pillows: Comes with plenty of throw pillows; (8) Overall look: The gold legs and overall silhouette give it a very classy look. Besides all this...the customer service is outstanding! I had an issue with one of the cushion slipcovers and it was handled with grace and kindness - I couldn't be happier!

For the price I honestly can't complain. The cushions are soft and I feel like I could lay down on it and sleep if I needed to. Material isn't quite as velvety as I had hoped, but good enough. The cats seem less interested in this than other materials in the house, but not completely so. The back is a little short. If you are over 5'10 you are going to be a bit annoyed by the support you get here. Lastly, the armrests are a total joke. They are nothing but a pillow with a strip of velcro holding them out. If they could find a way to upgrade the armrests and raise the back a few inches it would be a perfect item.

Note: the first picture is color-accurate, it's a bit washed out in the second picture. SHIPPING The couch arrives in 4 large boxes but I had no trouble moving them myself. The seller was very responsive when 3 boxes arrived one day and the final on another. The couch also arrived earlier than the original shipping estimate which was a pleasant surprise. ASSEMBLY It was easy to assemble and the directions are very straightforward. I was able to assemble it solo in about an hour including cleaning up all of the packaging. COMFORT & QUALITY The cushions are on the firmer side, but still very comfortable to sit and lay on. The armrests are lower than my previous couch, so if you're use to leaning on them while sitting upright like I was you won't be able to with this couch. Cushion covers have a good zipper, and the backing cover velcros on securely. The seat cushions also have a strip of velcro to keep them in place. The backrest cushions don't have velcro but seem relatively secure squished in their row. VALUE Great value for the price in my opinion, though definitely take into consideration the extra shipping charge. I'm happy with it for the size and also the more daring color options than are typically available at chain furniture stores.

The couch is beautiful, the color vibrant….but that’s it. Looks can be deceiving. The seller advertises plush and supportive with thick high density and its none of those. The stock photo depicts there claim and what you get is super flat LOW back supports. Don’t expect any shoulder/neck support. The throw pillows were the same…flat as a pancake. I purchased several bags of stuffing , which took a lot of time and effort to add and even make LOOK more like their photos! Even still it’s probably the most uncomfortable couch I have ever bought. The cushions are super firm and again super uncomfortable… . I would not recommend purchasing this unless you just want something pretty and impractical. The seller offered a whopping $60 refund. 3 hours to put together and If I didn’t have to take this all apart and remove the several bags of stuffing and re box it I would of returned it .

It may look small but it's not. Very comfortable, spacious, soft and very gorgeous. I fell in love with the style and the color. The color is absolutely beautiful, pictures does not do it justice. Had one out of three boxes that had the wrong color. Customer service was on top of getting the correct color sent to me. Very very satisfied with everything.

I absolutely love this sofa, it is beautiful and super comfortable. The sellers have great customer service/support. They responded quickly to my questions.

I've had for a couple of months and it holds up well. If comfortable enough. You need to fluff up cushions sometimes but it's not bad. Couches are expensive these days and this is a decent cheaper version. The fact that the covers come off to washed has come in handy and is my favorite part of it. Also all my guest seem to think it looks great.
