Love this product even tho my husband calls it slim slow...lol

I've been a fan of SlimFast Meal Replacement Shake Mix for many years. Back in 1998 It helped me to very quickly lose (less than 2 weeks!) that 10 lbs that was haunting me so I could fit more comfortably into my maid of honor dress. It helped me nearly every year thereafter to lose weight for bathing suit weather. I always buy the SlimFast Original Rich Chocolate Flavor because it tastes so good. I've recommended it to a lot of people, and several of them had successful weight loss experiences. One friend who decided to try it said it tasted so good that she was drinking it as a snack and sometimes WITH her meals... (LOL)... that's NOT how you lose weight with this product, it's a meal replacement, not a side-dish! That said, it does taste very good. The best way to mix it (in my opinion) is to add it to an extra tall glass of milk (leave room to spare while stirring). Stir very well for a full minute, then let it sit for a few minutes. It thickens up on its own to a nice consistency. Drink it slowly, a sip or two every minute or two. It tastes delicious and is quite satisfying. It leaves me feeling as if I've just had a decent sized meal. When you stick to the plan, losing weight becomes a reality instead of a dream. You'll feel great! You may even be motivated to start jogging or working out! (Eye-balling my treadmill as I write this.) Good Luck!

I love slimfast but it's getting expensive... might have to switch to a different product

I'm a SlimFast lover, but even though the chocolate is hard to mix by spoon, a blender works great. The one thing that surprised me was the can was smaller than expected. my bad.

Because they no longer sell in stores, this is getting harder and harder to get. But I will say I have tried it and stuck with it for many years. I love this stuff and it worked for me, but everyone's different.

Love the Slim Fast Original Chocolate Royal... Tried the new slim fast and it changed it taste like a watered down chocolate milk... I've been purchasing the original Slim Fast in the can and use my blender to make a nice shake for over 30 years, now I won't purchase the new Slim fast its gross!

I wish I could say that this product curbs my appetite, but it doesn't.
