Very nice so far. It's great for reaching the cargo rack. My wife said that the additional lighting is really noticable when following, even in daylight. It is set up for a 4 pin flat connector, but if you want the reverse lighting function you will need a separate connection added using the additional provided white wire. I would suggest that you add additional strain relief where the harness exits the step. The harness sits on the metal grid and eventually will rub through the external wire casing. I used shrink tape. WARNING: If you attach the wiring harness to most modern vehicles with rear collision avoidance/parking radar, the radar will be automatically disabled by your vehicle. Use extra caution backing!

I have bought and used this product Pro: 1. Very thick metal material, it is super strong to absorb rear impact 2. The LED lighting worked flawlessly 3. Very high visibility 4. Greatly reduce the accident possibility Cons: 1. None found

Pros: Very sturdy made, finish is good, lights are bright and seem they are going to work well. Cons: Very loose in hitch(had to make a shim out duct tape so it doesn't rattle, most all hitches are the same size. maybe provide shimes.). White wire goes where? I'm guessing back up light.(nothing in manual) No phone number or email Might buy another one if they make some refinements, time will tell overall.

Most of all what I liked about it is the quality material it's constructed of. Heavy duty steel and it supports my 270 pounds weight when I need to use it as a step getting up in the bed of my pickup. As far as the it's visibility, well the LED array is truly bright and anyone in traffic directly behind me that can not see it, especially when the brakes are applied, when I am signal a left or right turn or emergency flashers, well that driver would have to be, as we say in the South, BLIND IN ONE EYE AND CAN'T SEE OUT OF THE OTHER, to miss my intentions to slowdown, stop or turn. Hooking up to my pickup truck's electrical wiring sytem through the tow bar was simple and easy. One can't go wrong in purchasing this item. I know I am well pleased with my purchasing of it.

Didn’t know this would set off my reverse backup alarm when backing up. I have to disable this feature in order to backup.

I'm very impressed with the solid nature of the step. Great protection from other cars in the parking lot. The lights are exactly as I wanted. In the short time I've used them I've had less cars following closely when I tap the breaks. Light stopped working was at 5 stars.

Just what I was looking for,a nice step,a red extra brake lite,along with extra protection if getting rear ended!

Not a good product. Ordered one and it didn't work at all. Returned it and got a new one and it only worked for 3 months.
