I was going to return this because of the base holder, but because the actual cleansing brush is actually wellmade and works so well, I decided to keep it. About the base: it is literally just a base that the brush stands in. I rinse mine off and put it in its stand next to the bathroom sink. You cannot charge this while it's standing in its base, which was my reason for considering returning it. It would be a perfect item if it had a charger built into the base, or simply a hole to be able to plug the charge into it! As aforementioned, it is wellmade. The brush itself is made of quality plastic. The digital screen that shows the level of charge works perfectly. It's bright and clearly visible. It has a powerful motor in it. It does not cease working if you push hard. It's honestly a great facial cleansing brush. It comes with a variety of brush heads. I prefer the soft bristle brush on my face. It feels good and does a great job. I actually use the harder bristle brush on my feet when I do a pedicure, and it helps with my footcare. The brushes are easily interchangeable; they simply pop on and off. After each use I wash and rinse mine, followed by wiping it dry with a hand towel. It is extremely easy to keep clean. This does a fantastic job of cleansing. My pores are definitely cleaner - I have inspected them in my lighted magnifying mirror! I'm very pleased with this item. I hope to see this updated in the future with a charging base. To my surprise, it actually stays charged for weeks at a time! I do recommend. This ended up being the best one I've found.

I haven’t had much luck in getting something from Amazon lately that is actually a good quality item and works as good as it is advertised but this little puppy is just awesome. I’ve had it for about 3 month baths now and use it 1-2 times daily and have yet to have to recharge it. It just keeps on going and hasn’t lost a beat. I like it so much, I bought one for my husband and one for my daughter-in-law. She likes it so much she’s got my son using it as well. Every time I take it with me into the shower, I dry it off afterwards and the little holder as well as per the instructions and I just couldn’t be happier with this scrubber. The ease of changing out the different heads is great. The options to exfoliate or gently cleanse or massage makes this a “keeper” ; )

Bought this on June 11th last year and i just barely charged it for the first time… it had 8% left!! I use it daily! Love the battery life and the way it looks. Would highly recommend. The only problem I had was the brushes were rough so I use the softest one only but it does a good job exfoliating my face

I was excited to get this but in the middle of my first use, one of the heads crumbled when I tried to attach it, so I checked, and 1 other was cracked all over and it fell apart when I picked it up. The motor keeps powering down then back up some, but sounds weak. Luckily im able to return it easily enough. Why the 4 stars? Its because in fairness to this seller, I want to state that I bought 5 of these, and this is the only one with a problem, which is great because they were gifts to my adult daughters who love them

Facial cleansing brush with several brush heads is a definite must the way it cleans all the dirt and sediments off your face leaves your face feeling clean and fresh it's an awesome facial cleansing brush and for those who have acne problems like me this is a definite must have I'm very happy with my purchase

Bought this face scrubber in May 2024, and it worked really great until November when it stopped spinning. I contacted the seller regarding the 1 yr guarantee. They asked for some photos, and within a couple of weeks had replaced mine with a new scrubber. Then 16 months later, the replacement did the same exact thing. Both scrubbers charged fine, powered on - both showed working at both speeds, but they no longer spin. It's like the motors no longer connect to the drive mechanism that spins the brushes. Considering I only used these units 1x daily for 60-90 seconds per use, this problem was extremely disappointing. When it worked, this scrubber was great! But 2 scrubbers stopped working in approx 20 months. I could never recommend the purchase of this product.

This cleansing brush works great and has already improved my skin, by removing the dead skin, creating a brighter appearance and glow. Just a tip...if you have hit menopause, don't use on your chin. It will stimulate hair growth..lol. ...and of course avoid under and around your eye area.

This facial cleansing brush is really nice. It's easy to hold and has different brush heads to suit different cleansing needs. The cleansing brush came fully charged, so I was able to use it right out of the box. Remember to tie your hair back when using! Note that the stand is for holding your brush only; it is not a charger. There is a charging cord included, but you'll need your own block if plugging into a wall. I would love to have given this little cleansing brush five stars as I really do like it. After one month of use, it still held 49% charge - and I use it on the faster setting. Unfortunately, after perfect performance for a little over a month, it just stopped working. That brought it down to one star for me. However, I took a chance and contacted the seller, hoping they would stand behind their product. With no hassle what-so-ever, the seller sent me a new one. Because of their great customer service, I brought the rating up to a three. Hopefully, this cleansing brush will last!

I originally bought this for my significant other, but I ended up trying it myself and honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much. I bought this brush and have left it on the hanging shower caddy in my bathroom. In that time, it's been used three times. Today, I got in and went to turn it on to use it for the 4th time and.... nothing. The battery indicator was still showing 68% last time I used it, so it shouldn't be that - but I got out of the shower and plugged it in, just to make sure, and it won't even light up to indicate it's charging. The whole thing is just.... dead. I can't imagine this is a matter of water, cause I'd had another similar brush (with a lower water proofing rating) that I kept in the shower and used for years with no issue, so one that's MORE water proof obviously shouldn't have an issue with that. So I dunno if they're lying about the water-proofing, or if this thing is just a dud, but I obviously can't recommend it.
