Poor quality manufacturing... a screw loose and in the wrong place. Had to either move it or live with it being loose and not working properly. The shruti arrived very promptly and they were very prompt in all communications. And when I complained they immediately gave a full refund. So very mixed experience!

I really love my shurti box. It has a wonderful soothing sound, that is quite loud for the size. It arrived very well protected and I could tell they really wanted to make sure it did not get banged up. I do wish there was a booklet for some basic instructions. I have been playing around with it but not really sure how to play it correctly. But it's a great aid in meditation. Thanks!
