Been taking this for a year now. If I don't take in the morning I know it in the afternoon. Helps keep me focused and moving later in the day. Without my battery runs low. Highly recommend. Taste is horrific. But well worth it for the benefits.

Ive been using some form and better alt shiligit for quite some time now. I recently tried to use a different brand of resin for first time using resin since it was a bit cheaper and didnt know if i would like it. I had a good experience with it so I decided to try the brand I normally use now. Very glad i did. First off the better alt resin is easier to work work with. The packaging is much nice and keeps your scooper organized. The scoop quality is awesome. A little mettle spoon that actually allows you to get a good serving size of it at once verse having to try a couple of time to get desired amount. Now this does take more work then the honey sticks but worth the results you get. Will continue to buy.

This stuff is much more concentrated than other cheaper shilajit brands. Higher quality, higher strength. The taste is not great but shilajit is not meant to taste good. Some others I have tried taste much better but that is because it has some type of sweetener added?? The cheap ones taste and smell like cooked sugar

Well worth the price. Product does work with time and results can be accelerated with proper diet and exercise. To tolerate the taste it easily mix well with warm herbal tea. No negative side effects. I will purchase again.

Ive been taking this stuff for about 2 and half months now and I love it. I used to get really bad anxiety driving to work and I used to hide it my bedroom all weekend and just watch TV in the dark. Now I just want to go places and ride around be out in the sun. I dont feel like everyone is staring at me all the time and even if they did I dont care anymore. My stresslevel has went down a lot. Im not going to say I dont have bad days but they are a lot fewer now then before. I dont get that overwhelmed feeling where I want to flip out anymore which used to be like 6 times a day. Im partially autistic and its helped me manage that better as well. I got a better job and everything. I really believe it was from taking this. I didnt notice the difference until about 30 days in ans I probably took more then I was suppose to but whatever its working. I even got some the honey sticks for when im at work might be all in ky head but I feel like it helps me focus. I usually dont buy Tikytoky BS but this one was diff and was worth a try. Ill try anything on amazon. I love the little kit they give you as well. It's cheap enough to get thr 2 pack deal and try it for 2 months. I mix mine with hot water and then I use strawberry lemonade packets in a separate water bottle and mix them to cool the shilajit and hot water down to drink and it mask the flavor pretty well.

Just a heads up up to all customers, there were manufactured in July of 2024 and I received them today April 12 2026 and they expire July 2026. It seems they sat to long and I’m disappointed they are not fresher.

The one amazon is advertising IS NOT the gold blend .. there is a difference in quality between this one and the gold , ..the gold blend is much thicker and much easier to dose . And you can tell the purity difference between the 2, i have attached a picture of the actual gold product for reference

I’m taking different brand of shilajit for 10 months and so far I don’t fell anything different in my daily routine Definitely a scam by the Easter 2025 their prices would start dropping once people started realising is just a Placebo effect
