Not for a tiled roof
Arrived in good time! Very well made! But unfortunately the wheels are much to small to negotiate roof tiles also the frame is very heavy so maneuvering a ladder with it attached is very hard! Not happy with having to pay £2.73 for returning the item so be warned!

Does the job
This needs a device to keep the two arms apart. It is very usable as it is but the arms do move together if you are not careful.

Disappointing for the premium price
Poorly designed. The connecting fittings wingnut is too small and bolt is not the type that slots into the square hole to lock so you have to fiddle around to tighten. Not possible to tighten effectively, so each hook slips around. Works with bungy cords to attach to each side of ladder, but a simple retaining bar across the centre would have resolved this.
