As a Sports Therapist working with professional and academy basketball players, the quality of tape is very important. I have been mostly using famous branded zinc oxide due to the low quality of more affordable ones. However, I came across Alpidex, read the reviews, did a bit of research and decided to give it a go, now I could not be happier. Good overall quality of the tape, easy to use and rip, corners and angles for ‘heel locks’ and ‘figures of eight’ are easy and efficient to be done and the adhesive seems to be good enough to provide decent stability. Lastly, my athletes provided some feedback as well, here are some of the key phrases I received from them: 1) sticky enough; 2) solid and stable; 3) provides stability for a decent amount of time; 4) comfortable and easy to take off.

My son plays football and unfortunately, he has always had funny feet! Like, for some reason he seems really prone to skin rubbing, sore parts, blisters - so all this football practice lately has been absolutely wrecking his poor little feet ( I say little - but in truth, he’s got feet as big as his father now, but will always be my baby! 😂) Well these tapes are fantastic! He had some cushioning gel plasters over the areas where he takes the most damage and then he taped his feet up with this sports tape on top. Huge difference! Massive! Life changing!! Worth every penny and you get so much! Absolute bargain of the year. The tape worked a treat, protected his feet, and it has really strong adhesion so it stayed in place perfectly - even on sweaty sporty feet under thick football boots, skidding and running around a field for two hours. I will 100% be buying more.

Not as thick as some other tapes, but for the value you can double up. Really easy to tear, great for ankle support.

Decent product at a good price, used for strapping wrists and ankle for rugby. Weirdly the blue tape sticks much better than the black, no idea how the colour would affect the adhesive but that’s what I’ve found!

I initially bought this to support some of my fingers as they are strangely dislocating for no reason. I was looking for a similar tape that I first encountered over 30 years ago while working at a joiners, who they used the tape to protect their fingers from abrasion when using sandpaper. After reading that some of the colours are not as sticky as they should be, I warily chose the black one, and I am happy to say that it sticks well. However, I could have done with a width size smaller, about half. There probably is, but I did not search any further after finding this one. I will also be including a roll in my first aid box.

Asked to order these by my elite gymnast daughter.. if she wants them then they must be good... they are good value and arrived quickly

I had injured my right ankle and left wrists in rugby so I needed a strong but durable sports tape for my strapping's and these box works fine. The price is ok I guess but its worth the money. I have games every weekends and this lasted for a month. I am surely getting another box.

Absolut zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Brauche es beim Sport zum abkleben und für die Wehwehchen die anfallen. Klebt super hat ne gute Stabilität und lässt sich gut verarbeiten. Auf nasser Haut lässt es sich nicht kleben, aber das scheint mir normal zu sein

Bueno lo primero que me ha sorprendido es el nivel de valoración tan pobre, 12 cintas adhesivas por este precio o por lo menos por el que yo me lo compre está bastante bien, si os vais al decathlon(España), una sola cinta son 4 €.... En cuanto al producto sirve perfectamente, es de un solo uso y si es cierto que se va pero no a los 10 min ni nada, el problema será(intuyo) que el vendaje que hace la gente es pobre/insuficiente/malo. Por último, como recomendación, si lo utilizas para las muñecas o vendajes de en el brazo importante utilizar pretape o pre vendaje para que no te duela al quitarlo y no te arranques los pelos =) Un saludo y a cuidarse. pd: Muy rápido en dos días estaba ya. =0
