This is my third Rowenta steamer in 15-20 years. This model has a nice board that helps steam wrinkles out effectively with its high-power steaming capabilities. I also like the sleek look with the two hooks that remind me of a coat/hat rack. I love the fancy looking water tank.

Stopped working in 14 months. Rowenta is not helpful and said that machine has to be shipped to them and all charges for shipping, estimates and repairs to be borne by the customer. Amazon is not helpful at all, they just said everything is upto Rowenta. My warranty expired in a year and it stopped working 4 months after! You would at least expect this product to be more durable than that. It leaks quite a bit as well. I would not recommend buying this or Rowenta at all, seeing all unhelpful their customer service is

I give this two stars because it does heat up really quickly and the heat is really hot and when it steam, it does really well. However, the hanger design is very poorly thought out as it is shaped like a cactus sometimes it’s hard to get the right angle in our to put it in a way where the steam is not coming directly at your hand when you’re hanging up the garment.. also the biggest issue for me is that it LEAKSSSS like crazy out of the bottom of the machine like where the base is?. I have to put a towel down constantly in a soaked through the towel. Very disappointed would not recommend.

As someone who has two closets full of clothes, a stand up steamer is mandatory. This particular steamer wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, yet it's absolute perfection. Not only does it look visually pleasing but it also performs like a champion. From the adjustable steaming levels, to the detachable water tank, to the design, this is one of those rare items that I will forever be telling people about!

I love my Rowena! However I gave 4 stars because it did not take long for the stand to break off, which was the whole idea behind purchasing this model. I was used to working with industrial steamers at my job, so this seemed like a good step down from that. It steams very well and the hose is durable. Also holds a good amount of water and heats up quickly. But the piece that’s supposed to hold the hanger with your dress on it?? Not nearly durable enough to withstand anything heavier than a shirt.

Worked great for a year and half. Used it couple times a week. Then it stopped working. Power is in but no steam is created (no noise at all). Kinda disappointed

Honestly, as a retail cloth company owner, I have high standards when it comes to steamers and I’ve recently gone through three different ones. This one is by far the BEST!!! Not only does it look great (perfect for both home use and in-store settings), but it also performs exceptionally well. No water leakage like the others I’ve tried. Thank goodness I finally found a steamer that meets my expectations! Highly recommend!

I was hoping this machine would be a winner. Unfortunately, the backboard is too small and does not move to accommodate the clothing needing steaming. It takes up a decent amount of space. In addition, the base leaks water even when the canister is emptied. I wish I could return it. I think a hand held steamer is a better option.

NOT safe for use the in the UK. 120V only!! I saw one other review that mentioned the US plug, but it’s actually not even a dual voltage (ie: UK/US compatible) appliance. It is only 120V - which is dangerous to use in the UK. This product should be pulled from sale in the UK IMO. The UK is 230V mains: this appliance cannot handle our power. I received the advice to not even plug this in, even with a pin adapter, as it risks melting the plug or cables and is a fire risk. A UK legally compliant US model will be DUAL voltage 120-240V ~ 50/60HZ. - Or - carry clear warnings that a step-down voltage converter is required to safely use this appliance in the UK. This is not a dual voltage, but only 120V: ie not safe to use in the UK at all! The plug is technically additionally a criminal offence, as it has no third pin and no enclosed third pin adaptor attached to it. This product would not pass basic safety inspection for sale in the UK. I think they’ve accidentally shipped the wrong models to sell over here. These are a serious fire risk and should be pulled from sale in the UK.

Pasando el mes de garantía se empezó a tirar el agua del depósito, se usó 5 o 6 veces, según recomendaciones era mejor que la marca TFAL la cual tuve y me duró un poco mas de 3 años Esta sera la primera y última vez que consumo algo de esta marca
