I have been using NAKPRO NUTRITION Impact Whey since March 2026, and in my experience, it is one of the best proteins available in this price range. I personally have not experienced any bloating or digestion issues while using it. As part of my weight-loss journey, I take up to 3 scoops a day—usually after my morning workout with fibre and Glutamine, sometimes with lunch, and at night along with glycine after evening walk. The taste is not its strongest point, so you may need to compromise on flavour. But if your priority is protein quality, affordability and results rather than taste, I think it is absolutely worth considering. I have lost around 30 kg during my weight-loss journey, and this protein has been a regular part of my diet along the way. All products are genuine, I've verified it on nakpro website. I haven't start using creatine yet because I've just started going gym so after 3 months I will use it, now I'm only using whey protein and chocolate taste is amazing and haven't faced any bloating issue. Great deal for low budget people who wants decent products to start bodybuilding journey. Hope it helps.

Not that premiumness on the product. But still I use as a supplement which gives me more energy for my daily gym sessions. Price could be little lesser. but It Helps in digestion and the smell is Good and Effective for muscle Building. I this this is the product a beginner should try first and then go for the premium products. On My Opinion it's Decent.

This one makes stomach upset

Protein is good, easy to digest, and it tastes good(chocolate ones). Only problem i find about this one is less protein content. It gives you 24g protein per 44g scoop, which is actually 54% protein per weigth. I won't recommend this to full-time body-builders but for daily decent use and for beginners it's quiet good. Talking about Creatine, it's normal tasteless one, good for mixing it with protein without altering protein's taste. The only problem is that it absorbs water and you will soon notice dark circle around your eyes. Talking about shaker, its worst and it leaks everytime. I prefer you to buy another one or just use normal bottle(400-500ml) in your house.
