Beautifully made wok that works in so many ways. It is great for tossing veggie and meat in a quick way. The material is thick and with high heat capacity. That means it takes a little bit of time for the wok to reach the optimal cooking temperature. The surface non-stick coating is excellent. I've tested that the hard way. I was heating up some thick curry and then was distracted. The dry up curry looked very terrible, but the whole pie of burnt up curry slide out and leaving the wok's surface intact. I love this color as well that it stands out. Cleaning is easy and I always use a coconut fiber brush that is common in Japanese households. The price is right and very reasonable for such a quality product. I expect this to have many seasons of returns with its durability.

These are a great quality. They heat and cook evenly. The size is comfortable to use and to store. The weight is just right. I can use it for frying, sautéing or stewing things particularly Asian food so they are just good for all-around use.. It does not include a cover, so I had to purchase that separately. That's probably the downside. Worth the investment. They are also easy to clean, as they wipe off easily. Food also don't tend to harden and burn into the base because it has a good coating. LOVE IT. Did I mention the colors are beautiful (one side is a coppering orange, and the other side has a deep eggplant purple-y sheen.

Both of these are beautiful looking cookware and very light. Both advertise that they are induction cooking compatible throughout the descriptions on Amazon USA. I have a top of the line Bosch Induction Cooktop, and neither of them work on it - I presume because they are not ferromagnetic, and so are not induction compatible! I am very disappointed. ———————///////—————- I guess this is part two of the review - not something that I normally would do but the customer service from this company was amazing. The facts remain the same, currently this product doesn’t work on all induction cooktops, primarily those built in Europe, like Bosch. However, as soon as I returned the units to Amazon I heard from the operations director from Korea king apologizing for the problem and making sure that I received a full refund at once. He also sent out a different wok pan, currently only available in Korea, at their cost, which does work perfectly. I was blown away by their integrity and generosity. He also shared their plans to change the base out for a thicker one that does work on all systems in the immediate future, and revise the wording on their marketing in the meantime. So, once this happens I stand by my other comments, the Korea king pans look amazing, are incredibly lightweight and the finish is impeccable - but now I can add one other positive… their customer care is easily the best I’ve come across from any Korean company!

I purchased the Golden Wok version of the Korea King pan and have been using it for about half a year. It is excellent for stir fry and other meals for which one would typically use a wok. I also use it for less traditional recipes because it has a remarkable capacity for cooking anything from simple stir-fried vegetables to ample one-pot meals. I'm a minimalist when using oil when I cook, and this pan fulfills its promise of being non-stick. With its golden surface, hammered texture, and nice weight, it looks and works as well as it did when I first bought it. Last night, we used it for Chana Masala and some variety of pan-fried Naan (my son made that). My family is having a friendly holiday debate on which of us owns the best Wok -- that is what motivated the thought process behind this review.

Got this and the lidded pot, both excellent, easy to clean, nicely designed, takes and hold the heat well, nice size, too. Follow up: Golden colored coating started to bubble and flake. Don’t use it on super high temperatures, wash after each use, not sure if it’s a fluke or what, but not terrible impressed. At first, I was really impressed by this pan, but the coating is thin, very thin, and, from what was written, I gathered to be ceramic or ceramic based, but it bubbled up, flaked and pealed. I just threw it out. I really wanted to like this pan, I did, but it’s very disappointing. Avoid.

It is really nonstick & easy to clean. Works great with stir fries & anything that requires not using high heat.

Primero que nada es un sarte sumamente bonito desde que llega se ve hermoso el diseño, no pasa desapercibido y el color no se diga... Se siente robusto y confiable trae sus instrucciones de cuidado muy específicas solo que en inglés, por otro lado me ha sido un poco complicado eso de solo cocinar a llama baja a media, pero la verdad es que distribuye muy bien el calor, necesitas muy poquito aceite trae su paleta de silicón y se limpia muy fácil con una esponja y posteriormente lo debes secar con un paño y listo!

The quality is very poor, and after using it, a black substance forms on the surface that can't be cleaned off. I've stopped using it. I don't trust the coating on the surface, and I don't recommend purchasing it.

I love this pan!! Really works its job and so light that I can hold it with my left hand. (female 52kg :))
