Versatility galore!
Very happy with these bands so far. They appear high quality and would be a good fit for anyone, regardless of fitness level! The options for modifications and variations to common exercises are endless! For example, if used in front of your chest during pushups they provide support, but having them behind your back increases the difficulty. Simple and versatile addition to workouts.

All different sizes!
I have used this brand of bands for about 2 years and I am just now replacing mine! They last for a long time and give you a great burn that regular elastics/therabands can't measure up to! I love that these are all different sizes and that the colors are more masculine, so I can share them with my boyfriend. They are super lightweight so they are easy to throw in your gym bag. They come in a small drawstring bag and fold up nicely into it to store them when you aren't using them!

Great quality, stays where you put them.

Over hyped
These loops have barely any stretch so they are hard to use them for what I wanted (squat walks and hip thrusts). Rubber ones work better

Super strong bands in 3 great options
The strength behind these bands are fantastic - I havent found like them! I know the price is a little more compared to others but 100% worth it. I have been using all three of my bands for different exercises over the last months and the strength of them hasn't worn off!
