So worth the money. Save on Chiropractic and PT care.
My PT suggested I order this. I had used his physician-grade machine several times a week and it was pretty amazing the relief I had from my neck & shoulder pain as well as a reduction in headache and migraine frequencies. This home cervical traction kit is built very well and I would have difficulty saying how the two products differ. I have two years on this and it has been one of my best purchases.

Pricey But Very High Quality
I have bulging discs in my lower neck so my doctor told me to get this product. It was a little pricey but when you are in pain you will try anything. I had to go to PT for 6 months to learn stretching exercises and good posture when sitting or lifting objects. After doing x-rays and an MRI my options are pretty limited. It's pretty much sticking it out with what I learned from PT or get surgery. So that's when my doctor suggested this cervical traction device. I been holding off as much as possible on the surgery because with what I learned from PT, the stretches and improving posture has helped a lot but there are still those days when my neck flares up and it does get painful and stiff. That is when I get this traction device and use it for 15-20mins. I found that the strap for my forehead was annoying so I use it without that strap and it works fine. You just have to keep balanced and straight on it while you pump it. Once you feel your head being pulled away from your shoulders, you can stop. I usually go about 15-20 on the gauge but find what works for you. It shouldn't hurt and it actually feels pretty good once you find the right tension with your neck getting stretched. You can feel your neck discs opening up and sometimes I actually start to fall asleep on it. However, it says not to use it for too long so make sure you put an alarm. Also my physical therapist not to use it too often either. Once or twice a day should be more than enough. In the beginning I was using it almost daily but now I have been only using it on the days that are bad which is maybe 2-3 times a month. As long as I do my stretches, I'm usually ok but I am really glad that I have this product as a backup on those bad days. I wish the price was lower which is why I'm giving it a 4 star but I have to admit, the build quality is very good. It feels industrial and it also comes with a very nice carrying case if you need to travel with it. So you get what you pay for. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend you checking this item out. I have tried other cheaper options in the past before I bought this product and they were no where near as good as this one. Hope this review helps you out! Thanks for reading.

Worth the price
Great relief for neck pain. This model was recommended by my physiotherapist. It is more expensive than some other models but it works and I can use it several times a day while I watch TV or read.

Get something else
I got this hoping to help with my neck discomfort, and this product arrived damaged from the outside, since there is nothing to protect the unit itself. I am not even sure if I got a refurbish unit or what, but the product left much to desired. The pump wand (?) would not go past 20 when someone is laying on the product, also, the unit was unable to adjust the height angle to adapt to each person's need. Also, after a few more tries, the pump has a weird noise, like plastic creaking/screeching noise, which makes the unit very unpleasant to use. Do your homework first. I would not get this, spending a good fortune but still not getting the desired outcome of it.

Professionals use it
My physical therapist uses this exact traction machine. Great for home use. Easy to use. It has really helped being able to have traction at home instead of just waiting for my next appointment.

Great Product
It mirrors the one that I use at PT. IT allows me to do therapy at home on the days that I am not there.

Promises Much, Delivers Little: Issues with Comfort and Effectiveness
The ComforTrac Deluxe Home Cervical Traction Kit 2.0 comes with the promise of providing relief from a variety of neck issues, including Cervicalgia, Degeneration of Disc, and Spondylosis. However, my experience with the product has been largely disappointing, thus the 2-star rating. Design and Build On paper, the design appears thoughtful. It comes with a carrying case, which is useful for storage or if you need to travel with it. The materials used feel sturdy enough, but here’s where the problems begin. The unit doesn’t quite align comfortably with the neck and shoulder area, creating discomfort rather than relief. Ease of Use The traction kit has a fairly steep learning curve. The instructional guide is less than straightforward, making it easy to question whether you’re using the device correctly. Even after multiple adjustments and consultation of online videos, achieving a comfortable and secure fit remained elusive. Effectiveness The core issue is its effectiveness—or lack thereof. Over a two-week period, I used the ComforTrac kit as per the guidelines. Unfortunately, the traction system did not yield any significant relief. In fact, I experienced increased tension in the neck area, which could be attributed to the poor design alignment. Pros: 1. Carrying Case Included: Good for travel and storage. 2. Sturdy Material: Appears durable at first glance. Cons: 1. Poor Design: Does not conform well to the neck and shoulder area. 2. Ineffective: Did not provide the promised relief. 3. Complicated Setup: Instructions are unclear, leading to improper use. 4. Price Point: Expensive given the lack of results. Comparison In comparison to more basic, yet effective cervical pillows and inflatable collars I’ve used, the ComforTrac Deluxe falls short in both comfort and effectiveness. Other products, though less tech-savvy, have provided more substantial relief. Usage Experience I have a history of Cervicalgia and was excited about the prospect of home-based relief. However, after two weeks of daily sessions lasting around 20 minutes each, not only did my symptoms not improve, they seemed to worsen. Final Thoughts While the concept of an at-home cervical traction kit is appealing, the ComforTrac Deluxe Home Cervical Traction Kit 2.0 fails to deliver on its promises. It’s neither comfortable nor effective for alleviating neck issues based on my experience. It also comes with a higher price tag, making its lack of performance even more disappointing. Given these drawbacks, the product earns a 2-star rating. It may offer more advanced features, but if those features don’t lead to tangible results, their value is questionable. Therefore, I cannot recommend this product for those seeking effective, reliable relief from cervical issues. This is a product I wanted to love, given its promise for alleviating chronic neck pain. However, its issues far outweigh its merits. I hope this review helps you make a more informed decision. Thank you for reading.
