will it fit an Enfield #4 mk2

yes this fits a mark 1,2 and 5 for a number 4 . you will have to remove the rear flip up site.

On the 2nd time I shot using this, the 2 small screws tightening the mount against the .303 bracket loosened and fell out. How do I get more screws?

So this will fit my UF55 enfield #4 MKII ?

Fits the mk 2 no 4 very well. Just have to remove the rear sight. I would suggest lock tight on the front retaining screws to prevent backing out.

Are you able to load clips from the top still with this mounted?

The magazine loads from the bottom on the model I have. I would say no since the rail covers the top of the breech.
