I bought this based on the positive reviews I read and I must add my positive review to the equation. I bought 1 bottle as a detox to flush out a build up of toxins from coffee and other impurities. I took the recommend 4 tablets a day. 1 before and 1 after each meal. Yes, I have 2 main meals a day. I tell you something, this thing cleans you out good and proper. I am about to get graphic - so if you do not have the stomach for it, now is the time to exit. Anyway, after taking them for about 3 or 4 days, I checked my bowel movement(who doesn't) and the colour told me that the magic has happened. It was blacker than charcoal. In fact, I felt so much lighter and my tummy felt flatter. The growling noises from my stomach reduced - of course, coupled with me refraining from coffee and any other toxins that I was trying to get rid of in the first instance. I will be taking a break from them soon as everything has to be in moderation. Are you convinced yet? Give a try. I will definitely be repurchasing these as an emergency cleanser once I finish with these - which will be a long time away.

I'm that age where digestion problems are a big deal. I suffer with trapped wind, acid reflux, a bit of self diagnosed IBS and heart burn. I've got to the point where the usual chalky antidotes just don't work. These Activated charcoal tablets do everything and more to relieve the symptoms. When you get to be so bloated you have no idea which end will explode first these are the things for you. Take a few at a time when you need them and literally by the count of ten everything is calm again, I've also noticed that if you do accidentally let one slip, they smell much better too. Brilliant product. Stop taking all the other stuff and don't leave home with these.

Great stuff! My husband suffers with gas and this totally clears it up. He takes a couple of tablets after a big meal and it seems to take away all that uncomfortable feeling. Also it’s fab for my bloating and my teenage daughters have started to "borrow" capsules so they can break them open and make face masks to clear their spots! I highly recommend it!

I have been trying these capsule for a month now taking 1 capsule with each meal I take and they seem to be helping a lot! I dont get tummy pains which I was getting before and feel like I'm more regular. I would recommend giving them a go.

Good product and value for money, unfortunately I bought the wrong strength.

These are amazing. My husband has had stomach problems for many years, trips to the doctor for test and had lots of different medication which didn’t work until now. He takes 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner and they work. No more bloating or pain will be ordering more.

Nice product.. it certainly does what it says. I used it for bloating and it has reduced the bloating.. I will recommend this product to anyone suffering from IBS/IBD.. and bloating..

This product has made me terribly poorly, I wouldn’t recommend this product. This made my bloating worse I’ve been bed riddden all weekend!!!
