Great filters, but I should have checked the size first. My Moka pot is tiny so these are too big, but they work for my daughter’s pot, so I’ll pass them on

We’ve been using these filters for ten years. I love making coffee this way and I like that I can just add them to my compost bin.

I used the included filters at first and was not very impressed. If I pushed too hard, the coffee would start to shoot out the sides and if I just pushed hard enough it took longer much longer than expected to push the plunger all the way down. I always checked to make sure I didn’t have two filters stuck together because it pushed so hard and slow. These filters are so much better. Now I can use it like it was intended and not take 45 seconds of heavy pushing just to get it done. These are what you should have gotten in the box instead of the ones they currently supply!

This review is for those wondering if this fits a Bialetti New Venus 4 cup moka pot. Yes it absolutely does and the coffee is much cleaner and smoother! Highly recommend. This obviously is not a replacement for the metal filter already in the unit this is in addition. Why? It reduces small particles and raises pressure for a better extraction. James Hoffman recommended this method. He was right again.

I like the principle of using unbleached filters, but I found it really difficult to force the coffee through these. I gave them to a friend who doesn’t grind his coffee as fine as I do mine, and he says they’re working fine for him.

I love the natural paper option instead of the bleached. Pack comes with so many filters which should last me a long time

Yes, these do the trick on my six cup Moka pot. They are just a touch big but I find that once I put them in with care they tend to stay very well. It helps to moisten them a drop or two. There is less grit in the cup when I use them. I like the idea they haven’t been bleached. A good product.

Can’t tell the difference between these and the white ones, while the white is cheaper per 100, these are far better for the environment and apparently better at composting.

It is exactly what I wanted, unbleached paper that fit our aeropress.

I Don't have an aero press but these filters work great for a 18 cup bialleti moka pot. Get them a little damp and stick onto the secondary screen above coffee grounds and it perfectly fits over all holes and between gasket. Amplifies the cup of coffee from a moka pot just that little bit more.
