I keep a few types/brands of drops around for various reasons, and these are my favorite everyday/all night eye drops. I'm 44 years old and I've had dry/itchy eyes all my life, so I've been using these for decades since my mom got them for me when I was a little girl. They help with overall dryness and irritation from wind, fans, AC, heating, smoke, onion-cutting (put in before cutting as a shield), pollution, etc. Since they are so close to my natural tears, I tend to use them if I know I'm going to wear eye makeup because they are less likely to leak out of my eyes. The individual applications come in handy for the gym, a social event, or if someone else needs eye drops in a pinch (you don't want to share your bottle with others for sanitary reasons). No smell, no sensation, just lubrication.

Thera tears dry eye drops are moisturizing immediately with no taste or smell like others. Also doesn’t make your vision cloudy. If your eyes tend to evaporate drops like mine, Thera tears seems to be somewhat thicker so the droplets stay on your eye. I have several eye conditions involving inflammation, very dry irritation, light intolerance and at times debilitating and Thera tears has been the only over the counter item that actually helps. There is also a PM option for bedtime to use in combination with the regular ones being reviewed.
