Are these nipples compatible with the Philips Avent bottles?

Yes, they fit Phillips Avent. We use them with the glass bottles. It is slightly different for from the fit with Avent nipple but it works properly.

Do these fit Spectra pump bottles?

Yes they do. I have been using them for months now

Do these fit ANY bottle or do they have to be certain type of bottle?

They also work well with the Philips Avent Anti-Colic Bottles. (NOT Philips Natural Response!) They will fit the Lasinoh bottles, but they didn't work well due to the lack of a venting mechanism.

Is the delivery timely?

The delivery times are shown by Amazon and it depends on what type of delivery option you choose and where you live. We ship within 24 hours when the USPS is open.
