Great for spreading stain evenly
Offers excellent stain absorption and even spreading. I like the handle as it allows a more controlled stain application. Only wish the lamb's wool pad was adhered with velcro to allow easy clean-up.

Shed terribly.
Below average quality These shed terribly. No comparison between these and the ones I bought at the hardware store. In the set of three, one was a lot thinner and another was discolored. I could have lived with the other stuff if the shedding and lint wasnât so bad. Donât think I will be able to use it to seal my furniture. Do not recommend.

Look elsewhere. This thing came apart after staining about 40 boards.
