EXACTLY what I was looking for!!
This little daily planner is perfect for me! I’ve never been able to stay consistent with monthly or weekly planners or plain journalling cause I need something that has a clear structure and format, but not something so exhaustive to fill out. I’ve always stopped using journals and planners because it felt like a chore and didn’t have a clear breakdown of my priorities for an individual day. Think about the entire month or week at one time is anxiety inducing and very un-fun, resulting in me just not doing it. But this little daily planner is WONDERFUL! it helps me prioritize what I need to get done first for the day, things that can wait til later in the day, and things that I need to get done but don’t have to get done today. It helps me write out my goals and timeline for my day so I can be more consistent and motivated. PLUS, in combination with my meds, this has created an easy-to-follow and maintainable routine that I’ve incorporated into my morning routine! I get to work, set up my computer, then write down what I need to do and want to accomplish. The bottom of each page also has a “Brain Dump” section (LOVE!) and little meters to evaluate my productivity, energy levels, and mood at the end of the day!

No, it REALLY works!
I, like everyone else in this comment section, have ADHD. We've all done it- bought a new planner for the year, picking out *just* the right color combo and pens, absolutely sure it will be THIS planner that gets us on track (because that's what all of the life coaches and therapists say, right?) By the end of January, that planner is growing things at the bottom of our purses or gathering dust with the other forgotten planners. You feel awful, you try again, and suddenly you own 12 planners with only a few pages touches. Not this one. Unlike other planners, this does not go month-to-month. Yes, there is a section at the top of each page showing months and dates, but they *are not* the focus--- and honestly, for me, I know the guilt of seeing yet another week or month untouched/unorganized is what gets me. Instead, it's a prettyily designed To-Do list that kinda feels like an Objective list. It *casually* asks you if you've stayed on top of hygiene (true sufferers will know and not judge), and then leaves the rest to your whims. I love this. It's FUN having this. I love filling in the little date bubble. I love telling myself I've done another Good Day of brushing my teeth both times. I LOVE making a near-game of what's a more important task than the others. Do you know how many crochet projects I've ACTUALLY FINALLY FINISHED? MY LAUNDRY WAS DONE. ONLY ONE TIME!!! No repeat cycles!!! Check! Check! Check! So yeah. Can't endorse this enough. This thing has literally saved my sanity after a particularly nasty bout of self-hate and overwhelming task build-up. And guess what? You miss a day- who knows? Who cares? Not this planner. You might as well have skipped a minute of your time, notna whole week. Judgeless planner...who knew! (I got the rainbow one because you can take my task coordination colors out of my cold, dead hands)

Most effective planner for real ADHD havers
First off as somebody with ADHD I forget to use it all the time just like I forget to use every other planner I have ever had in my entire life. I wanted to give this planner a fair shot before writing a review and I have been using it for a couple months now, and I’ve got to say that I love it. The big difference between this and other planners, it is not specific so if I don’t fill out a plan for my day on July 16, the page is not wasted I just write the date in myself on the next day and make my new plan. The way the pages are set up by different categories and helps you with prioritization is the most helpful way I’ve had a planner set up my entire life.

Only flawed because perfection is rare
This is a well organized for someone with ADHD. However, the fact that the days of the week, months, and dates don't match up on the page make it difficult to keep track of the only thing you truly shouldn't be keeping track of: Time. Needing to not the days down on each page, day by day, for each month of the year is a hassle for any neurotypical person, let alone someone who's -divergent already struggling to stay organized as it is. Stylistically, I'm not a fan of the booklets that have "ADHD" with the largest font possible; I don't enjoy screaming ADHD at any colleague or stranger who might pass by. Then again, I'm not a fan of logos in the middle of shirts either. On a lighter note, I do love the way the task boxes are organized and the little "reward:" space at the end of most of them. I like that I can jot down my energy, mood, and productivity. It makes me feel a little more self-aware and calm about possibly not having gotten done what I expected to. Very cute idea, definitely more helpful and easier than the average planner.

Plan your patience
Great planner. My son said he wished it didn’t say ADHD super big on the cover, but overall, he liked the aesthetics. Color blocked & brain dump were his favorites. Took longer than expected to arrive that’s why the 3 stars.

LOVE THIS!!!
If you struggle with ADHD, you probably have a gazillion unfinished (or unstarted) planners. This one is everything you need on one page, with extra space to customize. I only wish it came in a bigger size. Great product. Colorful and eye-catching and draws you to use it. Clip a pen in the wire binding, drop in your purse or bag, and you're good to go and organized for the day if written out the night before.

Great Planner
Got this for my husband and it has genuinely helped him in his day to day. It’s easy to use and effective. The ability to add your own dates are great so it doesn’t get wasted in the ADHD hole.
