truly worth every penny
It saves me so much time and effort. What really impressed me is how powerful and efficient it is. It picks up dirt, pet hair, and debris effortlessly while leaving my floors spotless and fresh. I’ve used it on tile, hardwood, and area rugs, and the results have been consistently excellent across all surfaces. Another huge plus is how easy it is to use and maintain. The design is intuitive, the controls are simple, and cleaning the machine after use is quick and hassle-free. The separate clean and dirty water tanks ensure you’re always cleaning with fresh water, which makes a noticeable difference. If you’re looking for a versatile, time-saving, and high-performance cleaning solution, I highly recommend the Bissell CrossWave Turbo. It’s truly worth every penny!

Great at cleaning floors difficult to clean when you’re finished
It cleans well and is easy to use for cleaning, but after every cleaning it needs to be taken completely apart have all the components clean and set out to dry although it says it’s for floors and area rugs. It only came with a brush for floors. It did not come with a brush for area rug, so I will have to order that separately, which is very disappointing. I have a natural stone floor, which can be hard to mop that’s why I bought this product, but I don’t know if I’d buy it again simply because it’s difficult to clean.

Cleans well but has cons
This hydro vac was ok. I found it to be bit clunky and heavy for me. Pros: it cleaned fairly well and I like that I can choose if I want it to put more water/cleaner on the floor. You can just go over the areas that you mopped and it seems to dry it. The clean water tank is pretty decent size cons: Doesn’t get close enough to base boards The dirty water tank doesn’t separate the debris from dirty water. I don’t want all of that pet hair going down my sink drain. It was kinda gross pulling the hair out so I could dump the dirty water. I ended up pouring it into the toilet. I definetly couldn’t use this on my stairs.

Love, Love, LOVE — Especially for Floors With Grooves
The Bissell CrossWave has become one of my absolute favorite cleaning tools. I love, love, love this thing. It’s especially amazing on floors with little grooves or texture—places where dirt gets stuck and sweeping just doesn’t cut it. The CrossWave pulls everything out effortlessly. It’s easy enough to use for daily mopping, which is a huge win. The suction is great, it doesn’t leave puddles behind, and it uses just the right amount of water. For quick, light mopping or everyday cleanups, it’s perfect. My floors look cleaner with way less effort, and I don’t feel like I’m dragging out a whole production just to tidy up. If you want something that vacuums and washes at the same time without being messy or heavy, this is such a good choice. It’s become a staple in my cleaning routine.

Love it despite a couple design flaws
Absolutely love the convenience of this item. It is a huge time saver by doing both the vacuuming and mopping at the same time. It works well and does a much better job than using a sponge mop. A once over with the Crosswave and the floor was as clean as when I scrub it with a brush - with far less effort. I am so glad I purchased it. I have 4 dogs, so dog hair is always an issue. I know there is a pet model, but I have not had any problem with this one handling the dog hair and bigger pieces of debris that they bring in. There are a couple things I'd like to see the developers improve upon in a future model. 1. Having the freshwater tank on the back of the handle makes the handle very heavy when it's full. I'd rather see the fresh water on the front of the machine for better balance. 2. The brush head is too light. I've found if you use the Crosswave like a normal vacuum, the front end is too light and when you extend your arm forward, the front of the brush head lifts off the floor. I'd like to see some weight to the brush head so that you can push it forward like a regular vacuum. I have been able to adapt by making shorter passes and keeping my arm lower to the ground when extending it farther out (such as under a table), but it can be uncomfortable. 3. I would like the brush to get closer to the wall. I have noticed that it leaves about a 2-inch gap between the wall and the wet area from the mop when running it parallel to the wall. This is unfortunate as plenty of debris and dirt gets along my walls. I did find that if you go straight towards the wall (perpendicular) you can get a lot closer - which brings me to point 4. 4. Better swivel of the brush head. Once I figured out that I needed to go perpendicular to the wall to get a better clean, I found that in close spaces (such as a hallway), the swivel where the handle attaches to the brush head was not as much as I would like. My vacuum has much better swivel, so that I can stand off to the side and run the brush at a sharp angle. An improvement in this area would make the machine much more comfortable to use when in tight spots. Overall, despite these few things I think could be improved upon, I love the machine and find it saves significant time and gets the floor cleaner than the mop. I highly recommend and have told all my friends!

This machine has one huge drawback
Having used this machine for the first time, I've discovered a huge drawback. As seen in the picture below, there is a solid 1 1/2 inches between the edge of the cleaning brush and the edge of the machine. That means you have a solid one and a half inches of uncleaned floor when you go along a wall or a cabinet. You need to turn 90 degrees to cut that down significantly. But that's a lot of extra work. I wish I had noticed that before my purchase. With that said, it does clean nicely. Keeping in mind, you are cleaning a smaller area than the head of the machine would indicate. I did not like that the return water chamber filled up before the supply chamber was empty. That would have been an easy engineering adjustment. I do like the fact that it cleans in both directions. My previous machine (spin-brush) only cleaned and vacuumed in one direction. But it also cleaned (almost) right up against the wall. Additional pluses are it has a long cord. The water reservoirs are easy to access. It has the feel of being well-made. I like the fact that it has a self clean mode. And a custom-made pan to sit on so it doesn't drip back onto the floor when you're finished. I'm still on the fence post whether I want to keep this or not. That inch and a half gap really bugs me.

Highly Suggest! Read full review if your researching!!
Highly suggest. Long review but these are the things I wanted mentioned when i was doing research!! I really wanted a vac/mop and looked at so many! The reviews on this are really all over the place but I felt the good outweighed the bad and chalked most of them up to user error and I was correct. If you use it properly it works fantastic. I will say just buy the hard wood floor brush right away. The multi surface brush it comes with left "marks" on my hard wood. Not acutal marks but you could see where those plastic pieces on the multi surface brush touched the floor once it dried and thay drove me nuts! 100% difference once I bought a hard wood floor roll for it. The cleaner it comes with also left my hard wood floor sticky and I barely used any so I bought a bottle of the hard wood and its beyond amazing. So nice to walk around with no socks and literally have not one piece of dirt stuck to you. I have 2 cats and a dog thats sheds insanely plus a two year old!! Now as far as cutting down on time cleaning... ehh idk. Is it easier? Yes completely but I feel like I was able to go quicker with my steam mop but my floors were NEVER this clean. Yes its as loud as a regular vacuum so unfortunately not something you can do a quick clean up if you wanna be respectful of your household or neighbors. My steam mop was so quite so that is my one downside but again for the clean that I get i can adjust my cleaning schedule a bit. Clean up after: took me 5 minutes to properly rinse and make sure there was no dirt left on the machine or parts. Plus the self cleaning helps out a ton so Highly suggest using that feature. I have not tried it on rugs yet! Or any sort of carpet so I will be keeping my acutal vacuum for upstairs bedrooms. I also kept my broom for big dry messes just because I dont wanna push this thing to much if I dont have to. I read a review that it picks up large dog food but eh im okay taking 2 seconds to sweep it up. The cord is extremely long. I can do my living and dining room from one plug. I went for corded because I wanted more power and didnt wanna have to stop half way thru to recharge anything or have something constantly plugged in.

It works well for hard floors
This vacuum works well on my vinyl plank floor. It is better than using a mop or disposable sweepers. It takes a bit of practice to use but once you get the right motion, as far as, squeezing the trigger while moving forward to release the cleaner, then pulling it back towards you to vacuum up the dirty water. Once you get the sequence down, it cleans well and leaves the floor almost dry. I did not find it to be effective on my carpet, other than you can use it to pick up a spill if you get it on it immediately after it happens. It has a small capacity for cleaning solution and also for the waste water, but it is sufficient enough to clean my average size kitchen and bathroom floor, without stopping to empty. I clean it by spilling water on the floor and sucking it up with the machine a few times. Then empty the waste water bottle.

Durabilidad y eficiencia
Los productos bissell son muy recomendables. Lamentablemente la caja venia rota y el jabón qué viene de muestra estaba vacío.
