Can you replace the nib? With a flex nib?

You can replace the nib on an X750 with any #6 nib. The number 6 refers to the overall size of the nib (I know that at least there are #5's and #6's--6 is larger). Google "flex nib #6" to find some #6 flex nibs. Goulet Pens sells one called "Noodler's Ahab/Konrad #6 Steel Nib - Flex."

Is the pen with the stainless barrel thinner than the others? It appears to be in the product photo.

I compared the Jinhao 750 with the 100 classic, the 500, and the Amon man 600S. To the naked eye, their barrels are quite similar, but the caps are slightly wider. All lengths are very close. The 750’s cap is the same diameter as it’s barrel, giving it a sleek appearance. Of those mentioned above, my flat black and purple 750’s are very classy in comparison. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

No The flex nib you are probably looking for is a combo of this pen and the Zebra flex nib. I made one and it is a bit of work as the nib needs to be opened up a bit. Plenty of you tube tutorials on how to do it. This pen comes with a med nib. Writes well for what it is.
