so pro
I thought I wouldn't like this product due to the fake wood and slightly cheesy looking "pewter" frame, but I ended up getting it because it was relatively cheap and had a larger surface area. Turns out this guy is one stable, attractive and functional table. It can be a bit labor intensive to get all of the screws through the wood (I did the bare minimum required to support the brackets) if you do it by hand with a screwdriver. Otherwise I'm way satisfied with both the product and the quick shipping.

Specs aren't clear at all. Not really adjustable to 47.8 inches!
When I went looking for a drafting table to use as a stand-up desk in my office I thought I had found the perfect piece in this Flash Furniture adjustable table, particularly when the specs described it could be raised to nearly 48 inches-- perfect for my 6ft 4in frame. As I began to assemble it I realized that the 48 inches represents the maximum adjustable height of the BACK of the tables surface when tilted to it's steepest setting. That would have been nice additional information to have in the product description. I will now try to fashion some risers to place the tables feet on top of in order to get the extra 12 inches the specs seemed to have promised. I hate to admit this, but this is the first time I have genuinely felt disappointed in something purchased from Amazon. The product is simply too large and bulky to try to pack up and attempt to ship back. I'll make due.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with it
It's really sturdy and has a pretty good range. I think the bolts the other reviewer is talking about are where the tilt slider clicks in. It doesn't seem flimsy, but can be a pain to deal with. I also think that maybe I got a more recent design of this model or something judging by some of the other reviews (I could have sworn there were more than 2). The rest of the bolts are metal, and there are a lot of them.I had one massive problem when putting it together, though. It looked like the manufacturer didn't drill any holes in the desktop to attach it to the base. While I was measuring, then drilling, by guessing how much space was between where the lip attaches and the where the stand should attach according to a side view picture I found online, I happened into one of the indents the factory drilled. They are almost impossible to see. I think I found all of them by running my hand over the surface after discovering the first one and then marking them with a pencil. I was putting this together in bright light and my eyes are pretty good. You will need a drill to put this together due to the shallow indents. And your hand will get tired using the hex-key, which they hide in one of the numerous plastic bags of bolts and screws, for the bolts that require a hex key.Because the knobs that hold the legs in place for height adjustment are halfway down the sides, it can be a bit difficult to adjust the height. You need to hold it up with one hand while reaching over to the knob with the other and then repeat the action for the other side.

Great cheap option for a standing desk
I needed a standing desk to increase blood circulation in my legs. All the "standing desks" I found were very expensive. I was planning on doing an IKEA hack, but IKEA discontinued a part that I needed. Then, I found this table at various websites. Amazon had the best price! The desk is very sturdy and easy to put together. I was able to assemble it by myself in a little over an hour. There was a part missing from the original package, which the manufacturer quickly replaced. Kudos to Flash Furniture for their excellent customer service.Extended fully, this table is the perfect height as a standing desk for me (I am about 5'5".)I love my new desk!

Damage and missing parts
Table came damaged and missing parts. I was unable to mount the bottom tray because the black end caps that hold the tray on was missing.

Architech desk
Nice desk, looks like pretty sturdy ,the brackets r not the same place so table won't go flat going to see if I need a new bracket maybe I can flip bracket so it's same notch

I would not recommend this jtem
Parts are missing from the order, a corner of the table is smashed like it was dropped on its side. Screws have no threads so they can’t screw into the holes.

Not totally awful, but it's not as tall as stated and it's not sturdy.
It does not stand 47.25" as advertised. Maximum height is 38". When assembled and set to max height, it feels like it's going to tip over forward despite seeming to have a pretty sturdy frame. It's kind of a pain to assemble, but that's what you get with cheap furniture.Your mileage may vary if you have it set lower. Obviously the height issue won't be a problem, and it might sit more stable when it's not maxed out.
